First time getting one of these worked better than expected

Works great and compatible with xfinity service. So far so good!

Enjoying improved WiFi and increased speed! We had Steven from Geek Sqad install it.

Was hoping this modem was going to be good. But constant internet drops. I shouldn't have to restart it twice a day.

If I could give negative stars I would... For the price you pay, this Wi-Fi will barely reach across the house. Tried to use it for about 24 hours. Purchased separate modem and router, and range is so much better. Went ahead and returned this product, and one thing Best Buy can't do is refund. The website says refunds in 5 days, however on the phone they say 10-15 days. I have never in my life waited 15 days for a refund.

After one year, this has slowed down dramatically with no other changes of electronics on the network. It is a total waste of money as far as I'm concerned.

This unit operated normally for all of one day! After that, the router repeatedly dropped the Wi-Fi signal multiple times a day, requiring unplugging the power cord and then restoring the power. The unit ran extremely hot and even having a fan ventilating it failed to prevent the Wi-Fi dropout!

Was advised by Best Buy employee that this was what I required to replace the one I had. Had to return to the store to purchase the correct one.

After two hours on chat with Cox customer service, the product still doesn't work (I was asked for the model number and MAC more than once). I am past the two-week return period for this modem, but can still spend $35 to make Geek Squad deal with it. If I were Best Buy, I wouldn't sell cable modems.

I brought this router and it was some what easy to set up but a few hours later the wi-fi stopped working and all my devices had no connection so i'm looking into Netgear this modem is bad it will give to a headace.

Kept dropping service. App to control settings is awful.

Worked for 2 days then it constantly dropped connection. DO NOT BUY!!!!

could not figure out how to personalize the password

I had to return because wouldn't work with xfinity camera and printer. I did get it working after changing setting of the printer to recognized Wifi Generation 6

The Wi-Fi signals not strong ! I would not recommend it!

Advertised speed on ethernet. Other that download speed on ethernet. An atrocious device, deleted my iP settings will never get again.

Extremely slow, worst than mediacoms. Best buy customer service was pathetic. Thank you best buy for the worst customer service, worst recommendation.

This product does not work with Fios I would not recommend

Upgraded from a very old Arris router/modem combo and this works perfectly, was easy to set up and I don't have the connectivity issues I was before. I work from home and do design so I need fast reliable internet. This fits the bill without the hassle of a separate router and modem and mesh systems or anything else. Just plug this in a central location and you're good to go.
