It works well downstairs but the upstairs still gets sluggish slow down. I am not sure if it is the company or the new router since both were upgraded. All and all it seems to work really good for the price.

I’ve had this for several months now and am very happy with connectioning to the internet. I am a Xfinity customer and had no issues setting up. Very easy and i like the model design.

the modem was a good price and it worked well, the app UI was not the best but after setup it did exactly what I expected.

This one is better than the last one, This one is much faster and no buffering and I love that. So yea Its a must buy if you want to own your own router.

Nixe working modem, can't even tell the difference from the modem I had from my internet provider and for a very affordable price

Overdue for upgrade compatible with Comcast internet. Love that it's modem and router combo. Easy to set up and the price was reasonable.

I purchased Arris G34 to replace my more expensive Motorola modem (junk). It is much faster, more reliable, and it restarts itself. Easy but very limited modem setup.

I like the look of this item it seems to be working fine however sometimes we seem to loose the connection. We are not sure if the issue is the modem or wifi supplier. I would purchase it again.

Easy to set up, app easy to understand. I bought it because it was supposed to be compatible eigh my xfinity 1000 mbps download and 300 mbps upload. But come to find out 2 weeks after exchange was over its not compatible with my isp the upload at its highest is about 50 mbps. Other than that, great for normal use wifi, and ethernet plug. Not recommend for xfinity. Good product thought.

Replaced the Cox router with this Arris and it was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly. I like that it has the 2.4 and 5GHz Bands since my security cameras are 2.4 and my music streamer uses the 5GHz. I highly recommend this router.

This modem is great with wifi and provides closer speeds to what i pay for compared to comcast moden was rented for 8 years at 16 bucks a month so its well worth it to own ypur own. Plus with total tech protection you have no worries. If your on the fence the set up is simple only a power cord and a coaxial cable and comcast will activate with about 15 minutes of your time. Thabk me later
