This board combines a coaxial-cable Internet modem and a wireless Wi-Fi antenna. It works flawlessly, it is fast, and it reaches every inch of my three-level home from its downstairs location. My family and I have a total of four computers and three smartphones simultaneously connected; we often watch three movies on three computers simultaneously, and each of us gets the maximum bandwidth that our cable service allows, Love it!

Works great. Actually received guidance from sales staff. I live in a 3 story house with lots of concrete. Now everything works in every room.

Struggled with this router/modem for months. Would work great sometimes. But most times, randomly dropped internet connections to the ISP. Using Xfinity. The app was terrible to use and literally not useful at all. Zoom calls would drop at least 3/4 times an hour. Intermittent drops on video on TV's and dropped Wifi calling constant. Working form home, this modem router was a detriment to my business. Finally returned the unit for a Nighthawk. 1000% difference.. Faster speeds and connection never drops from the Xfinity ISP.

This is super fast and we have 4 cell phones, 3 TVs, 1 Tablet, and a PlayStation hooked up to it. No issues at all.

I waited until it's been in use a while before I reveiwed it. According to Xfinity, my old modem could no longer support my internet speed and suggested this one as compatible. It may be compatible, but not better. I constantly have to re-connect my TV to the internet. It drops devices out of the blue. After a month, Ive concluded that I should have just dealt with the old slower one.

Okay so I got this because I had a 7-year-old router / modem combo that needed to replace. It works fine you have to nice little app to let you see the speed but it would drop connection to your devices all at once for no reason

Had a little trouble getting modem added and activated with xfinity but now that i have all my devices connected it runs smoothly. I do however have issues with connection on an older computer. I just decided to connect directly to the modem and that resolved that issue.

Great Modem router combo! Has wifi 6 and DOCSIS 3.1. Stop renting a modem from your cable company and buy this! Only thing I wish that was better on this would be the app. The app leaves a lot to be desired.

Having problems with a consistent internet connection (Xfinity). Working with Arris support but so far no improvement. I may have to return it.

Excellent signal strength that’s what expected out of a product from Best Buy

It gave me good internet and wifi but my tvs and other devices had connection problems, had to return it for my older model, my bad luck doesnt have to be yours, take your chances and check it out knowing that you return it later

This wi fi cable modem was one of the toughest pieces of technology I've EVER had to install. After a couple hours of frustrating work i had to let it sit lest out be rounded into pieces.. Having come back to it the next day or came up just as it should've the first half dozen attempts, following the same process.

This works great. We got this when our old one started working slow, this one has been way better.

We desperately needed an upgrade and this has helped so much. We have a long condo with two floors and it reaches almost all corners of the space.

After some troubleshooting a problem with the 5ghz wifi channel disappearing, it is working great. Updating configs solved the problem.

Using this with my new router has dramatically increased my pc internet speeds

Works great for me. Replaced my Docsis 3.0 router/modem combo I had.
