Holds the high speed for longer than any other modem I have tried.

Arris Surfboard is unreliable. My Nighthawk (Netgear) and Eeros Mesh system never had wonky internet service. I went ahead and bought another Nighthawk Modem to handle 2.5 G internet and Eeros 7 Max. I knew I should've bought the mesh system and not a 2 in one internet/router. Surfboard sucks.

I am no expert on these things but seems to be working fine with xfinity.

Works great with my service and reaxhes up to where I need it to.

My purchase was quick and efficient. We installed the modem that day easily. It was easy to reprogram the various pieces of equipment that interfaced with it. The router has worked flawlessly since then.

Good modem router combo has 2.5 GB port would like more but does the job. WiFi 6 is fine for most devices.

Amazing device, helps get the job done with supporting multiple devices in this household. We rewlly needed at 3.1 docsis so support our high speeds and gets the job done.

2 in 1, eliminates extra equipment boxes. Works great, easy set up.

I LOVE this modem/router. This works well with my internet provider.

It worked but wouldn't download faster than 29 - 30 MBPS. Upload was terrible but that's the cable provider's fault because it's been like that with my other modem. Needs inspection for potential technical issues and/or ISP compatibility issues...

Since I have purchased my own rotor haven't had an issues with my internet. I waited way to long for this purchase. Do yourself a favor. Buy your own rotor.

Could be better documentation but a good product all in all.

Using the with Comcast Xfinity rather than renting their modem forever. Over time you can really save money this way. I do believe that Comcast is throttling the speed based on not renting from them, I find that I need to restart this modem every few weeks to get the speed back up to what it should be.

Works Great. Had a little issue connecting it to my Comcast account because they messed up with my old modem. I had an old Arris that guy fried from a lightning storm. Had to get the latest model and once it was connected, it’s been great.

My internet works much better now, with my new modem!
