Wanted to like this product, but the connection kept failing. After hours of trouble shooting with optimum and arris, there was no resolution. Returned it for a Nighthawk!!!

My old one was over heating and i had to buy another and went with this guy and its works great

The range is not as good as my previous Motorola. I purchased this for 1 GB compatibility and now the range of my signal and speed are both worse than before.

Worked well for 2 weeks, just until return window closed, but now WiFi drops out constantly. Web interface is very slow. I really could not recommend this cable modem.

Works great, easy to setup, no issues so far. Fast 5G WiFi and the app is easy to use.

Internet connection is highly unstable and keeps dropping. I have to restart the modem multiple times in a day. I will recommend to avoid this product.

I have tried to adapt to the difficult interface that comes along with using this product but after nearly a year I can say that it is simply not worth the hassle. If you are someone who, like me, likes to occasionally review your router settings then I would recommend almost any other product than this. Every time you try to go into it it requires you to start a setup procedure from the very beginning. The hardware does function, and does so somewhat well, it's just an unacceptable interface to try to work with.

Using this with my netduma router. Honestly better than I expected.

Dont waste your time, I had to call a specialist out and they couldnt even get it working after two hours, make the smart choice and go with Netgear.

Terrible. Internet kept going on and off. Had to return it and buy the net gear version. Never buy from this brand.

Slow. It does not support the 1200mbps even the box says it will. I returned the product and went to mist expenssive one G54. F54 doesn’t stay on. I keep losing WiFi connection.

Worked great for a little over a week then all of a sudden it rebooted itself and now I can’t add anything else to my network. Their own app doesn’t even recognize it. Junk

This thing is the largest hunk of crap I have ever owned in my life. It has to be rebooted every day to work and now its locked me out of the WI-FI.

Not working it was very expensive and it doesn't work at all.

Absolutely the poorest selection I have ever dealt with. Even though Comcast shows it as a "preferred" router I was never able to get it to show as a viable modem. Spent 3 hours in the attempt to connect.

Needs to be reset every single day. We thought it was defective so we got a replacement but that one didn’t work either.

Have not been happy with this product and Xfinity internet. They do not go well together. G36 keeps looking for the internet and drops connection repeatedly. Have spent a lot of time looking for a “fix” and no adjustments have helped yet. Very disappointed.
