I purchased these monitors to use in a triple monitor array to be used in a 24/7 environment. One of the reasons I chose these monitors is because they have the buttons on the front, which are easily accessible when the monitors are right up against each other. Build: Great build quality. The monitor and the stand are both appropriate quality for this price point. Design: This monitor has a "bulkier" design compared to most modern monitors, but for my needs this is in a good way. The screen Bezels are bigger than many other options, but this allows them to place the buttons directly on the front, making them easily accessible. The monitor is also a bit thicker, but the design of the thickness will allow for better heat dissipation. This is great for my 24/7 needs. Inputs: Displayport, HDMI, DVI, VGA and a USB hub. Perfect. Screen: Great looking screen. The IPS panel allows for great colors, with superb viewing angles. The 3 monitors next to each other all look very uniform without having to adjust color settings to get them to matfch.

I've bought Dell and ACER Monitors in the past. I work from Home in IT and use multiple monitors. The Dell monitors never malfunctioned, but they died after several years of use. Bought ACER models - I HATED THESE FOREVER and WILL NEVRE BUY ANOTHER ACER. These monitors (I had two) blink out and on frequently. No it is not the connection as no other monitors did this and I'm still using the same devices. These ASUS monitors are great. Lots of options for connections, beautifully clear screen images. Lots of options for mounting, height, angle of screen. I LOVE these monitors.

This is a nice monitor. Display is good. Ability to adjust height, tilt, etc makes it easy to use. Connected out of box with out MacBook Pro, which has a 13” screen.

I truly wanted to love this monitor when it arrived but I was actually kind of let-down by it. The overall build quality of it was awesome and I can't express how much I truly loved the swivel and height adjust features. They made this hard for me to return. I had a couple problems though. First, my USB ports on this would not work. They were just...dead. This wasn't a HUGE deal to me but it was strike one against the PB238Q. The next issue was that despite countless attempts at adjusting the settings I could not seem to fix the white balance of the screen. It was always a bit yellow and murky. It didn't look as crisp as it could have. I think a professional calibration tool was required but I could not afford that. The final strike for me was when I went to play a couple games. I know this is an IPS monitor and they aren't the #1 choice for high action gaming but I had previously been using a 10 year old Dell monitor that blew this out of the water in terms of how it looked while playing. I had massive ghosting and blurry haze while playing on this screen. So much so that I couldn't even continue playing. I actually got dizzy. Something that hasn't happened to me in a long time with gaming on a PC. This went back. I just ordered another Dell monitor and I'm hoping it has a more crisp, clean look to the screen and that gaming isn't as blurry (even though it's not a gaming monitor). Sad about this. Loved the build of it but let down by yellow screen and bad ghosting.
