Geek Squad certification means nothing honestly.

Additionally, Geek Squad certification means nothing honestly, I guess they don't have any specific standards or best practices to adhere to, which otherwise one might be under the impression while reading "Geek Squad Certified". My device came with finger prints of someone on it. I guess the bare minimum process of refurbishment is cleaning properly at the least.

It wasn’t “refurbished” in any way, if anything I should get paid for cleaning it. It was just thrown into the box with very minimal protection too! I had to pop the panel back into place bc of that. Its such a lack of effort, returned. Just spend a few extra dollars instead of this piece of crap 10 year old monitor, no matter how good the deal seems. You’re better of finding something in fb marketplace.

However, it was missing the power adapter making the item unusable. Called Customer Service and the option was for me to get a full refund after I ship the product back. The problem now is that due to Best Buy's incompetence, I can't even buy the same monitor again with the refund because they've raised the price to $280. Thanks Best Buy for wasting my time and energy. Great customer experience displayed...

My sole gripe is that it did not come with it's original packaging, and therefore did not come with a manufacturer's instruction manual. The monitor functions great, no dead pixels, and the picture quality is great.
