Although, it took a while to connect using my laptop, initially. I had to play with the display settings before my laptop would show up on the monitor.

The text is crisp and it allows me to open multiple tabs to maintain productivity. I haven't had any issues with quality, it's held up great so far. I would recommend.

If you are looking for a fantastic monitor that won't break the bank, this should be your choice!

Drivers are not compatible with Apple products, although since it is a plug and play screen, it should reproduce a good picture. I researched monitors and this was recommended by more than 1 review.

We certainly understand your disappointment with the picture quality of the monitor.
The monitor is QHD with a 2560 x 1440 display resolution. To improve the picture quality, please check if the computer is runing with the most current OS update and it meets the system requirements of the monitor. If it does meet requirements, check if the driver for the PC's video controller is up to date and the display settings was configured properly. Also, check the monitor's menu to configure it correctly.
