I don't recommend it, especially from Best Buy

Onboard diagnostics shows a RAM issue. I tried to take in the Geek Squad to have it looked at, but they wanted $120 just to put it on their bench. Went about returning the RAM and ordered a new set only to have the same issue. Talked to the Squad again and the only option they gave me was to pay the $120 bench fee or send it back to Asus. Went through the long process of sending it back for repair only to have the board come back again with the same issue. Now I'm 4 months out from the purchase date and stuck with a board that won't work. I'm really disappointed in not only the board but Best Buy as well.

Easy to work with and easy to update bios. Have had no issues (other than a few ram compatibility issues but those were easily resolved). Will buy again for my next build, but a more recent iteration.

The only drawback was the low RAM compatibility, with the board only supporting up to 3200 MHz

Usable but not for long

After setting it up I realized there are limited fan ports. I have 4 system fans and they only have 3 ports. 1 splitter and your fine. Well that’s till you find out the cpu fan port doesn’t work. You’ll have to plug it into a backup one. Then configure your bios to ignore it. So you successfully got your computer to boot right. Now to put in the rest of the stuff. Start it up and ram catches fire. Only for you to realize they they have loose pins and a random mettle piece stuck in there? Attempting to file a claim right now. It works if you are doing a caseless build. And plan to cool hour cpu to the minimum requirements. Would not suggest unless you know how to check things without using them. Idk how that’s possible but I know some one can put there. Hope this helps y’all. I’m sure not all of them come in beat up like that just this many problems and I got another one threw bestbuy exchange. And still had problems with it.

Did not work

Using the corsair rgb pro 16gb which is compatible with amd ryzen 2700x. Tried changing the ram to different slots and still didn't work so i tried a different MB and it worked no problem.
