Had a bunch of blue screen issues hours after purchasing.

So far my new Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 has far exceeded my expectations! I liked that it was only 14" so that I could take it with me everywhere, but the performance is very impressive. First off, the display is brilliant. I almost did not get this laptop due to the lack of a touch screen. I personally feel that a 14" or smaller laptop should be touch screen, but you don't always get the best resolution with touch screens. This 14" display is the best I have on a laptop. It is an OLED display with a super sharp brilliant picture. I have enjoyed every minute of content on this display. The speed of this laptop is blazing fast. The Ryzen processor is perfectly matched for anything you can throw at it. It has handled every game in my library with ease and no issues. The 1tb hard drive is perfect for your basic needs. Most of my laptops are 512gb and I am not able to download all the games I want. This laptop makes adding games very easy. The RTX 5060 processor is handling all of my gaming with no issues. The games are running smooth and I can even monitor performance with the Nvidia app installed. It has not overheated either. My only issue, if I had to pick one, would be the size of the touch pad. It is very large and makes typing a little tricky. You can have some inadvertent mouse clicks due to it. Overall, I can easily say that this gaming laptop will be perfect for anyone who wants to conveniently take their gaming around with them with peak performance.

Asus has put out the gaming laptop for both hardcore and casual gamers alike with the ROG Zephyrus G14. Fully immerse yourself in your game of choice with a machine that boasts an incredible display, satisfying keys, and a compact size that brings you a desktop experience on the go. When you startup the machine, the vibrant blue backlit keys glow while the pulsating lights beam from the back casing to indicate you're in business. And talk about those keys- so responsive, so large (especially for a 14" laptop), so satisfying. These keys are excellent and exactly what you want in a gaming laptop. Each key screams cutting edge decorated with a futuristic font or symbol. I especially love the positioning of the volume controls above the clean rectangle of the main keyboard. Above, the 14" OLED display shines bright on a shell that doesn't quite open 180 degrees. The touchpad is huge, with my palms consistently brushing up against it, though it didn't seem to affect my typing even with the cursor moving around the screen. The speakers are positioned on the left and right of the keyboard. Easily review your usage and viewing settings in the included Armoury Crate, which gives you real-time performance information and the means to customize your settings to match your activity. When it comes to gaming and multitasking, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 really comes alive. The laptop handled a full barrage of all gaming types, from fast-action online dungeon crawlers to strategic MMORPGs, to puzzle quests and match games, sports and racing - you name it. And all the while, I was able to switch back and forth to my work screens and internet browser to stay productive or entertained deep into each evening session. From linking up private gaming parties to broadcasting your streams worldwide, the ROG Zephyrus could do it all from anywhere. In general, I kept the power brick attached to utilize the machine's full capacity, but on battery power, the performance drop-off isn't too bad as the computer automatically migrates its settings to accommodate the change. Overall, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 hits all the right notes with an aesthetically pleasing design, satisfying keyboard, beautiful display, and the power to handle all your gaming needs. I'd recommend it for any level of gamer, but even the most hardcore players will find value in this little gem.

This is my third Asus ROG Zephyrus laptop over the last few years and I continue to say they are one of the best gaming laptop values on the market. This time around I wanted something a little lighter and more compact without sacrificing anything significant in performance. This unit gives you all the power you can ask for with the AMD Ryzen 9 processor. I actually could see the difference compared to my larger Zephyrus that’s Intel based. Everything opened so fast that I wondered why I hadn’t tried an AMD model sooner! I put the unit through its paces with the XBox Game Pass access and found myself complimenting over and over again how it felt exactly like console play but with the added flexibility of bringing it along for a trip much easier. I also tried choking it with my favorite game (Cities Skylines 2) and displaying onto my 34” widescreen monitor. It continued to beat the odds as my city sprawled and it kept up with all the complexity. One thing I really like about ROG is the computers are built quite solid. It feels on the luxury side, with great keyboard response and premium materials. The only thing I don’t love is having to carry a proprietary power adapter to get solid charging, which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Interesting resolution on this laptop but it mainly works due to the sharpness of the OLED screen. Overall it’s a very fast laptop that’s housed in a compact setup with a great graphic’s card for its form. Overall use for day-to-day is perfect and even with the display scale pushed up because of the 14” screen, I can operate inside two side by side windows easily. Gaming works well and the smaller screen punches above its weight as every game I played looked gorgeous. It’s an easy feat to pop on a secondary monitor but I found myself just taking the laptop alone to visit family and enjoying playing just fine. One key note is the lighting for the back and keys. It will do some interesting blinking in sleep mode and made it seem like something was going on, but it’s noted this is their lighting setup so you can turn it off. Think they were going with a breathing motif to let you know the machine was still “on” but definitely a bit distracting. Keyboard is great to type on, mouse pad is responsive, and overall charging is quick and the machine maintains a good charge for daily work if you’re not gaming.

Its not often i buy laptops due to how usually expensive they are no matter what build your looking for. However, ive been wanting to invest in a new laptop now that it has been 8 years since i bought razer blade 2018. I got to say, the Asus zephyrus g14 is one of the best purchase ive made. It is great for work and light gaming at 1080p which i dont mind at all. I definitely do not regret this.

This laptop is absolutely awesome! From the moment I powered it on, everything just worked smoothly. The design feels premium, the screen looks stunning, and the performance is lightning fast. It handles everything I throw at it without a hiccup, whether it’s work, streaming, or gaming. Easily one of the best laptops I’ve ever owned.

Upgrading from the 2020 black G14, I found the Platinum white to be refreshing. I love the new design. 16GB RAM is on the low end, but it isn't a big deal if you aren't multi-tasking a lot. To future-proof, I'd go for a higher RAM. For my needs this is one of the best gaming laptops out there at this price point.

This is a fantastic laptop, I would highly recommend it to anyone who would like a multi-purpose laptop that can serve a professional/job purpose and then have the computing power to play intensive videogames in your free time. It is a very sleek silver color, quiet during light tasks, but then can run triple A titles like Silent Hill 2 remake at high settings without issue.

My daughter loves this laptop! We bought it for her as a high school graduation present and it will be great for her at school as well as a nice gaming computer.
