I just got my first gaming pc and since I couldn't afford to go all out and buy a big beautiful OLED monitor, I went the opposite route, as cheap as I could get from BestBuy. It is just a placeholder until I can afford something better, however it is a great monitor. Really the only downside is that it isn't height adjustable but I love the design of it, the screen looks great, bright and colorful. I find the buttons on the back really unique and cool and it is easy to change the monitor settings quickly, lots of options you can play around with to get the kind of color you want on screen. I've read in a lot of other reviews that the built in speakers aren't great but I disagree. The problem with the speakers isn't the audio quality, it is just very low. It really depends on what you're watching, for example different videos on youtube or netflix will have varying volumes (because those videos are all recorded at different volumes themselves), some videos will sound fine and perfectly audible, while others are so quiet it's like a whisper. Same thing for games, some are loud, some are quiet, even at max in game volume settings. So yeah it's recommended you buy some external speakers or get headphones and use usb or bluetooth. Luckily I have a bluetooth speaker lying around so I've been using that. Overall would recommend. :)

Honestly this monitor is really good i bought it for my Xbox series x it runs games at 120 fps at 1080 and looks stunning (only 120 fps games) but yea id say this is perfect for the series x unless you want 60 fps at 4k you’d need a 4k one but honestly id just get a 4k tv instead of this, with that being said this is perfect for your 120 fps games.

This is a great gaming monitor for the price. I bought it to replace a 2 year old 24" Gigabyte gaming monitor that started going bad and this monitor exceeded my expectations. The colors are vibrant and crisp, it has all of the little luxuries for gaming such as crosshair, stop watch, etc. It does come with a 2 watt speaker built in, which obviously shouldn't be expected to be some kind of THX monster it's more comparable to a cheap set of Five Below speakers, but it actually helps me a lot since my PS5's audio tends to lag and drop from time to time (issue with my mixing board) and it keeps the immersion going somewhat during gaming sessions. Besides gaming I use it as a second monitor for music, graphic and video production, which it has been perfect for. The old monitor is now used for keeping an eye on OBS when streaming. The stand it comes with is very low profile and not bulky at all, compared to my old monitor's stand which took up a considerable amount of desk space. It has multiple buttons on the right side of the back; power, quick select for settings, and the menu toggle stick, these are all conveniently placed and not difficult to reach at all. (Old monitor was a pain due to placement of the menu toggle stick) Overall this is a great deal for a budget monitor! I'll definitely buy another when my now third monitor finally completely goes kaput.

Replaces an old Acer monitor that still works. Old would only do 60hz. Have this one at 120hz. Colors more vibrant. There's also a new video in my machine. Maybe a combination of the 2. But the price was right and it fit perfectly where I needed it on my desktop.

The quality of these monitors is great for the price. I bought 2 of these when they were on sale and the picture looks great, the built in speakers are decent however i am looking into something of a better sound quality but for built in speakers they work good.

Overall a decent monitor. Not too big and not too small only issue i have with it is thay when i do move it i accidentally hit the buttons on the side which is just a minor inconvenience. The refresh rate is really crisp for games like tarkov or call of duty

Ive had the monitor for a bit now and its a pretty good one. I have had no problems with it and the plus it comes with built in speakers with good quality! Would recommend for anyone looking for a good monitor!!!!!!

Got this monitor for my younger brother and the colors are pretty solid on this panel and the 180 hertz is great

Great monitor got it for a discount i already own 1 so now i have 2! Couldn't recommend it more. It came without a display port cord though HDMI only but has options for Display port

Great product! Easy to understand menu, with up to a 180hz refresh rate and great colors. No ghosting issues, and after a month it has still been serving me well! I also appreciate the services that ASUS supplies with all of their products.

Asus Tuf gaming: IPS gaming monitor, is a good beginner monitor you can buy is only 23.8” inc I think this monitor is perfect for kids who wants to play fortnite or Minecraft, someone who doesn’t need a 32”inc gaming monitor I have bought and tried Asus Tuf gaming monitor for many times, one thing I notice about that that they don’t seem to evolve change for the better. they kinda stuck to what they got and just keep releasing the same monitor features and repackage them for the new years. monitor claims it’s 180hz , it’s IPS with 1ms response time. also have 99% for sRGB, and it’s support freesync I still own the 4k version of this monitor but honestly for the price of $179 these monitor are quite disappointing. i’ve seen a much better IPS than this 1080p 23.8” monitor they got here. one cool thing i’m glad they continue to do was keeping the speakers, they are not the best but they also there for you to use which is always a plus. but overall experience you wouldn’t want to take off echo mode to get most of the settings active. playing video games is fine. but it looks like more washed out than most IPS I used to own. after changing the advance settings on my PC. this monitor was only showing 160hz using display port. even changing from nvidia graphics settings it only shows 160hz. you would prob need to overclock the monitor to get the full 180hz, which what I fully disagree with. why display something when you can’t activate it right away. games looks alright it’s missing a lot of vibrant colors im used to. but like I said I would give this to my kid. not something as a competitive gamer like myself would prob me fully into. no power brick since it’s a small monitor, it a great monitor for travel or install it inside your RV while on vacation. it has 2 HDMI and 1 DP. it’s light weight. you can’t adjust the height, but can be tilted to up and down. I think Asus need to remake their Tuf lineup it’s starting to show its change, more monitor competition out there and by just having the name it doesn’t carry the respect I use to have with these monitor.

Decent monitor and pretty good screen. I only really play the sims so I don’t need anything special or special. Will say that the speakers are not that great. I expected that since it is coming from the monitor.

I'm super happy with this monitor; the display is crystal clear. I got it for $100 on Black Friday, so you can’t beat that. It has a perfect form factor for my small office. If you’re looking for a gaming monitor, this would work well. I only wish that you could move the monitor up and down, rather than just moving it back and forth at an angle.
