    This phone works fine now that the nice technician from Geek Squad had installed. Ignore the instruction sheet that tells you to download software. This is a landline and just plug it in!

    Purchased ATT 2-line corded/cordless phone due to price & product. Main phone base works well, after 4 weeks cordless handheld does not function to dial out, receive calls, scan messages, or hold battery charge, etc. Expected better from AT&T. Must contact manufacture to see if the handheld is repairable/replaceable. Not happy. All viable suggestions are appreciated. Regards, Patricia Walker.

    Mom is hearing and sight impaired and this phone works well for her, especially the answering machine. It was programmed in such a way that if she mistakingly pushes wrong buttons, she can't mess it up. She can't accidently change the time or date, either.
