Just make sure when you buy additional phones that they are multi line.

With only one handset, this phone was supposed to have that one handset registered to the base. I tried everything the manual said to do. I almost returned it, as I could not get the cordless handset to work. After going ONLINE I figured out I needed to unplug the battery on the cordless unit and unplug the corded set to clear the memory and allow re-registration (this was NOT in the manual). Very bad form!!

Need a new phone for a friend since they lost everything from flood.

Bought this phone a couple of months ago works very well

It provides good basic service, but the settings/buttons and manual are difficult to understand particularly with regard to recorded calls and how to access, screen, etc. and especially with regard to voicemail on this phone system and difference with Comcast cable voicemail. If not already bought, I would go to another brand that is more user friendly.

Works up to our expectations. We really enjoy our new phones.

The phone is nice and works fine. I have voice mail thru my cable company and the phone does not indicate when I have new messages and that's a drawback. The price was ok and so far both phones are working.
