I wish there was a cordless handset on the base unit but I can live with it. It's worked fine for my business. It's better than the one I had before.

Having some trouble getting used to the Caller ID feature on the desk phone? And the features are a little confusing! I have to read the directions each time I need to do something on this phone! Feeling quite stupid and these are my 10th set of phones being a long time business owner? Hope I can figure this out.

I am impressed wirth this phone. This is the 3rd phone of this type in 30 years. No doubt this is my best choice. I do need to order 2 more wireless phones to go with the one that came with this purchase.

This phone combo was a good system. The main problem I experienced was that it didn't work with other phones I already have in the office.

The features afford many configurations to suit every users needs. I particularly like the cordless unit that comes with the wired phone.

Eazy to use and good quality. Im going to buy again.

I love the way it works with the answering machine

The phone has features I wanted, like handling two separate phone numbers (not counting the ability to handle a cell number). Too bad it never displays when someone is using one of the lines even though it has a place on the display panel to show which lines are in use. It is really annoying to interrupt a phone conversation.

The phone system works very well for my office. The cordless hand sets work well for being able to move around the office and look at drawings while communicating with clients and consultants.

Love that Connect to Cell. Now when my cell rings I can answer it on my phone.

We actually returned this item since it did not have the functionality we wanted. No 1-button dialing; can't have separate directories (family; medical; community, etc). Plus the manual was not well-written making to difficult to understand

My previous wireless system was limited to 4 units but this system can accommodate more than twice as many. The system works very well and I am quite pleased.

Didn’t realize phones were so expensive, meeting the need

Nice phone.. a little small for bid handed people to hold against your neck and shoulder but works. Clip on the phone is nice and sturdy hold well when on the pocket.

So far ok for our office needs. Still learning some features. You want a phone that can do a lot but hate the directions for learning to use a lot of features.

I'm very happy with my new AT&T phone & features. Love that it announces "potential spam"...Not running to catch those annoying calls anymore.

Needed a phone for business was recommended this by store. Phone was too much and complex for what i needed. Returned it.

I bought this phone to replace one which was acting up. So far, so good. It took a little effort and a call to AT&T to reactivate the free-standing phones but all is working well now.

This phone is a great alternative for a small business that doesn’t require a compex and costly phone system.

Purchased this for a new office. I like that it can be expanded with more headsets later if needed. Good size buttons and display.
