The voice does a horrible job of reading the caller ID. In addition, the caller ID display does not insert the #1 in front of the area code. This makes the redial feature useless.

The whole idea of getting a corded phone was so I would have service when the power goes out. I was assured that this was the case with this model. Well, nope, power went out, no service. I didn't need to spend so much $$$. Very disappointed in Best Buy

I've had this setup for less than a year and during the recent rolling power outages the base unit fails to come back on. verified good voltage from the power adapter. and there is no way to reset the chordless handset so I can use it with a replacement base. Avoid this phone model.

The screen went out the second line and cordless phone stopped working within 16 days of my purchase. The company is giving me a run around about the replacement.

I bought this for a business phone and the hand held has completely stopped working and I need it for our shop. Bought it a little over a month ago and now what... Can't return it to Best Buy and AT&T will maybe get back to me in 48 hours. What a waste of money!!!!!!

Home office ok but actuall office cant communicate or identify another desk unit

The phone system is sound echoes and hangs up. No very good when you are taking a reservation for room rental. If you are to far from the base the quality of the hand set is so bad, I have had to call back from my cell phone. I truly wish I had never bought it.

This was the only multi line phone they had in the store. If I had to do it again I would not buy it

I am not happy with this phone and currently am not even using it anymore. We bought this phone due to two lines that we have at our business you cannot answer both lines and when someone leaves a message the message goes and records on both lines that’s the only time both lines work.

Like the USB input and features of the phone, but after two days the base unit died. No power. Took it back to Best Buy and they gladly exchanged it.

This phone is incomplete, and did not come with battery for the included remote phone.

Overall system works as described. Microphone on handset not as clear as needed.

Caller id does not seem to work. A pretty common feature that people would be expecting these days. Should be the default.

We needed a second wireless phone system for a 2nd residence. I like a wired handset for my desk, and like multiple remotes for each room.

Great phone finally got one needed to buy one for the office hopefully be able to buy more in the near future
