This is a great phone for a small business! It is perfect fit for my land business.

This worked out perfect for our new small office needs.

We had just started exploring the features, when it just stopped working. A power surge may have contributed, but I would expect the included transformer to provide some protection. 2 years is definitely a short lifespan for such a device.

It does the job but when you're talking on one line with the cordless phone and the other line rings you hear yourself echo while talking. Very disturbing when trying to talk to a patient. It also doesn't display the time and I wish it did.

Purchase was made on basis of prior experience with AT&T products, positive reviews at this website and strong recommendation at the local Best Buy store. Poor quality components are evident after 6 months of daily use in an office environment. AT&T used to make quality equipment, but this equipment is not worth the cost and aggravation with all too frequent hissing sounds and intermittent blue tooth connection issues with I Phone that is plugged into base less than two feet away from where the cordless handset is being used.
