Thankfully, the shipping packaging (box, padding, straps, etc.) was done well. Color of unit does NOT match the color of the image on Best Buy website/app—see attached image. The unit is basically all black, however, the upper section has a slight purple hue. May return because of the color issue—it doesn’t match the kitchen aesthetic. I did plug in the unit and it seems to function as described. (Note: I started pulling the clear protective film off after plugging it in—this is when I realized the color was off)

Wrong model sent

They will send you the wrong color model. I was able to return it without issues (reason for the 2 stars); however they could not guarantee the same thing wouldnt happen again if i tried to reorder. This was not an in-store item so returns can be a hassle; especially an item of that size. I didnt want to take a chance and go thru this again so decided not to try and re-purchase. Its a shame too cause BB was the only retailer offering the Black stainless steel color.

Sent the wrong cooler twice

But they were very nice at helping me return the items. I wanted the black stainless steel model and they sent me black. They need to change the color and model online, they show the black stainless steel and say its black stainless steel but it's not! Super disappointed.
