Had to return it to store (time consuming). Next one arrived early. Works fine, I chose this one for a cleaner look with 5 gallon bottle hidden and we like the hot water feature.

But one thing I would like to point out is the build quality on the bottom door. Mine was delivered damaged by ups. The door has a thin metal covering and can be easily dented. That metal covering was knocked off during transport. Also the packaging needs more foam or bubble wrap protection. Other then that I love the dispenser!

Wateer dispenser works

The reason i only gave 4 stars is that when the low water alert light comes on it stops cooling. But theres still significant amount of water so that water sometimes comes out warm.

Was able to use until the new one arrived. Easy to reload and use, works as expected. New one has had no issues.

Pretty good water cooler and easy to use.

I think they should give at least a month for the price , it wasn’t cheap and the unit had to be replaced. Do not cold the water properly beside that I don’t have anything bad to say.

Bottom Load Water Dispenser

I bought the 1st on 3 years ago for the kitchen and its still working like a charm. This one has a new home in the basement for when company is over.
