I needed a webcam for Zoom meetings, and this product works fine. Picture is clear. The lens is fixed focus and you need to be somewhat close rather than sitting back. The USB cord is plenty long to reach a PC beside the desk. The documentation is sparse. The device is designed to perch on the top edge of your monitor, and does not seem particularly secure, but it has not fallen off.

Works well. Video is clear and the mic picks up sound clearly.

Well, it lasted for 22 days past the return date before it just died. No warning - just stopped working. Until then, I liked it, except that it is a fixed focus camera, and if you need to show something clearly, it's really difficult to get small things to show up clearly to others. But the big problem is it lasted for only a month of daily use. I am a teacher, and am disappointed that this died after a month of virtual teaching. I will reach out to AVerMedia, but I am not hopeful. I will update if I get a good response from them.
