I have had a few home carpet cleaners over the years. This one is hands down the best. I love the fact that it is detachable so that you can do the stairs. It is a bit pricey but well worth it.

We had our carpets cleaned professionally prior to buying this, and it cleaned the carpets much better.

This modestly priced carpet cleaner has more than lived up to its description. It features an easy to use water tank system and has the power to pull lots of dirt and stains out of carpets, especially where pets are involved. We thought this was just going to save us the rental fees we'd been paying at the pet store, but it has actually worked better than any cleaners we've rented or purchased before.

This is our second Bisselll carpet cleaner. We really like the pull off spot cleaner. It makes it so much easier to use on stairs. We cleaned our whole house on the first use. Excellent job!

We purchased this unit because we weren't happy with our current carpet cleaner. We picked this one out on a whim to see how it works. Super impressed! It left no dirt behind and the carpet was fairly dry afterward. The removable handheld cleaner is fantastic and works great for the car, couch, etc. We use it about as much as the full unit. It cleans easily and heats up the water very quickly. You can't go wrong here.

This thing was a miracle worker on my carpet! It was already in bad shape when I moved in, and I thought I was eventually going to need to replace it. This cleaner completely changed that!

the unit performs as expected and goes a great job cleaning the rug in our home with 3 dogs and a kitty. I only wish it had an option to scrub the kitchen floor as well.

I love this carpet cleaner! It is very easy to use and assemble. The lift off feature is great for furniture and stairs. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone.

I did not expect this thing to work as good as it does. I cleaned my carpets which are 16 years old and they look great, not exactly back to new but they look great for that old!

I didn't think I'd like this product as much as I do. It's so convenient to remove the spot cleaner for those small spills. The machine itself is also easy to maneuver.

This is a great machine for cleaning the whole carpet... I also love that I can take the tank off and take it to clean up smaller messes. Wonderful for pet stains!

Have 2 large dogs and this carpet cleaner works great and easy to use and clean ! Can use to do while floor or can use as spot cleaner both work great

This Deep Cleaner is great. It keeps the water warm as you are working with it, moves easily while using, and all the attachments and lift off canister are very easy to use/remove. The only downside I have found is that it is hard to get all the dirty water out of canister after you are done. There is no easy way to do this. Also, others have mentioned they wish the cord was automatic, but I have no problem winding it up.

Very powerful and efficient. Love the lift off portable feature and the big tank size. Best carpet cleaner I have ever used. No competion for my dogs accidents.

Powerful machine really scrubs deep, and even attacked old set in pet stains. Lift off feature is useful for taking outside to clean the cars carpets too, as well as areas under furniture. Unit is relatively easy to maneuver given its size and weight. Only problem was that its powerful brushes pulled out many fibers on a Berber carpet, leaving piles of wet fuzz everywhere that I had to pick up afterwards. Machine is better suited for deep pile carpets.

Very good product. Not to heavy to carry up stairs, and as a unexpected bonus when we bought the carpet cleaner the detergent stuff was on sale as well.

other than the small-ish container for the dirty water it works well and did a great first job on cleaning both Berber and regular medium pile carpet.
