Works great, very versatile, easy to clean out filters. not too heavy, an easily maneuvered. attachments are decent and we've used this a lot without any problems.

I had a 10yr old Dyson and upgraded to this pet hair removal vacuum. Great suction. Lightweight. Minor complaints are it takes 25 wraps to wrap the cord and the handle doesn’t fit me well and my hand is a little sore. It definitely does a great job cleaning. Price is so much better than Dyson

Easy to angle, love the light-up added piece. Very good suction. Have a couple very long haired cats and able to vacuum most of the hair (like 98%) and any stray pebbles of litter. Really like this vacuum for cost, efficiency + picking up pet hair!!

Great power but it’s just to klunky and heavy to use daily, I actually hate it when it’s time to vacuum, but it does pick up cat hair

Over all it works well. After I found the twist nob to switch from floor types it was better. That main problem I have is I keep bumping the side handle using it.

Long haired dog kept clogging, breaking our old vacuum. Needed to get something else and this has been worth the upgrade. Oversize roller prevents tangles, while the collection bin avoids clogs and empties so easy. If you have hair problems with vacuum, I highly recommend.

I love this vacuum! The suction is amazing and perfect for my apartment. It is a little difficult to lift off the canister, but not terrible.

This vacuum cleaner is absolutely great. I have two Great Pyrenees dogs and the daily amount of shedding these two have is astronomical. This vacuum cleaner makes quick removal of that shedded hair along with everything they manage to bring in the house.

This vacuum pulled up so much animal hair, dirt and Legos that my Hoover didn't catch. I tried this out after using the Hoover minutes before and was disgustingly amazed. Make sure you turn the knob on the side to adjust floor height.

So far this vacuum has been wonderful. I love how easy it is to clean out and it's very powerful. I only wish it had a retractable cord like my last vacuum.

We received this vacuum as a gift and at first we were very excited to use it. Upon opening the box that all changed. The vacuum feels extremely cheaply made. All cheap plastic. A lot of the seems don't line up and canister is barely held to the vacuum. It feels like a cheap kids toy..... There is a gap between the canister and the vacuum where the suction hose meets up. (see pictures) We had to put a bungee cord around the vacuum to try and reduce this gap so there wasn't a huge loss in suction. (Mind you this is brand new out of the box, we have only used this vacuum once) Inside the collection canister there is a air filter with a green bottom cap that was broken from the start. One of the tabs that holds it together was broken. If it is broken from the start I can only imagine it would not have taken long before it broke anyways. All in all I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone. Spend a little more money and get something of much better quality.

Only downside is the small cartridge and non-retractable cord. Love the carpet mode, and all the extension tools!

This is probably my favorite vacuum second only to my Dyson. We keep this upstairs and the Dylan downstairs. We have lots of indoor dogs so picking up the dog hair was really important to me!

Bought this as a gift for my son and his girlfriend. They have a dog and 2 cats. She loves how versatile it is to clean many different ways. Does a good job on the pet hair.

It really picks up a lot of debris you didn’t even know where in your carpets. We recently moved and have white carpets now so we really needed something to pick up the pet hair and it’s done an excellent job!

Didn't Realize had bad a job my old sweeper had been doing still I got this one !. So much dirt came up ...out of my carpets....The only con, it is heavy for this 67 yr !

It is nice that the vacuum swivels but it is hard to get it swiveling and seems it good easily break. Picks up very well

This vacuum does an amazing job cleaning carpet and hard floors! The option to turn off the brush makes cleaning hard floors simple without worry of scratching the floor.

We have a long hair dog that sheds a lot. Other cleaners would plug up with dog hair after a short time. This one works without having to stop to clean out brushes. The Bob cleans out easily.
