Very easy set up and use, headlights went out after about the third use not that they really matter. Not a huge fan of the wand. But overall great product for the money invested

This vacuum was on sale so I thought I would give it a shot ... I have 2 dogs that SHED! It picks up the hair after a couple of passes. It's not as powerful as an old Dyson I had.

Never thought that I'd say that I love a vacuum, but this thing is awesome. This is replacing another Lift Off and is the 3rd one that I've had. This one is much smaller and quieter than my previous ones. All the attachments fit on it except one and are easy to put on. The telescoping arms comes off easily and lifting it off, which is the best thing about these if you have stairs, is as easy as ever. The cord is long so you can go very far without having to plug in a different socket. One thing that this had that I've never had, is that it swivels at the best. So when you are pushing back and forth you can twist your wrist and it goes left and right. Also, the most important thing is that it works great. It picks up more than my previous vacuum and I like that the bin with the trash comes off completely and you can walk it to the trash and empty it there. My previous one came out open so you could spill it and some dust always popped out when you opened it. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended.

I have a short hair dog, but my hair is extremely long which is why I bought this to try. This vacuum cleaner with the no tangle brush works great. Usually with my hair I have to always cut them off the brush after each vacuumed room. With this vacuum there was maybe one or two peices of hair around the brush after I vacuumed my whole app appartment.
