It's a great product except the cord should be longer and the water tank is hard to remove if you have arthritis. Other than that it's a great product!

I only wish I had bought this years ago! It is the BEST way to clean tile floors. It is actually fun to operate and super effective in cleaning the floors. I love that I can throw the pad into the washer. What is not to like about this fantastic little kitchen helper. Nothing, that's what!

This mop was very easy to setup. It works great for cleaning up a bathroom. We have linoleum in our bathrooms and they feel squeaky clean after we use this mop. However, if your floor is super dusty, it will leave wet dust clumps in spots. But, I am sure that is a problem with most steam mops; not just this one.

This does such an outstanding job on hardwood and laminant floors. I got it for my wife and she loves it!!

I have been doing without a steam mop for a while and with indoor dogs had to buy another. This one received great reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I do like the multiple steam settings and the size of the mop base. I also like the scent pads, but I think I am allergic to the one that came with my mop. After the first and second use I have streaks all over my tile. Bissell customer support was not helpful with this. I have kept it as it is a lot better than just a push/trigger mop. This only have one steam port and I believe that may be the reason for the streaking.

The price was very reasonable, and it is easy to use. I've used steam mops before, but this one made my kitchen and bathroom floors shades whiter. Can't say enough about how easy this is to use. Comes with two easy to clean mop heads.

I thought I needed a new floor. I was wrong. This steamer, a gallon of distilled water, and a half dozen passes made the floor look great.

Heats up fast, long cord. Much better than another brand I had. This one actually does the job, works great, very simple to put together.

I love this little time saving tool. We have lots of tile, and using a sponge mop, and bucket just left so much water on the floor, and the grout lines never look clean. This is so easy to use, very little water left on the floor, no streaking-just clean tile, and grout. Oh ya I'm not lugging around that heavy bucket either.

It's a pretty good steam mop for the price. Cleans the dirt of the ceramic tile. The only negative is the mop cloth gets wet after cleaning about approx 300 feet so you have to change it.

I have used been using this mop for a little while. So far I have had no problems. I like the steam action and cleans really well.

This is the best steam mop I have ever had. Had one for a couple years, it was s different brand & did not do near as well as this one!

my wood floor looks sooooo new thanks to this wonderful steam mop and when im done i can throw the mop pad into the washer. i love it.

This thing works great. Easy to setup and clean. Nice and small so it's easy to store.

No issues putting the pads on, heats up within about 30 seconds, and gets a good amount of grime off my laminate and tile floors.

Simple to fill, easy to use. Simply add (distilled) water, turn it on, wait 30 seconds, and go! Toss the mop head in the washer when dirty. I use it on finished wood floors and stone flooring, left both clean and shiny.

We've gone through a couple different steam mops that are more expensive than this one and the Bissell outperforms them all.
