It was finally time to upgrade I chose this one and let me tell you this thing works phenomenal picks everything up easy to clean easy to maintain absolutely love it by far one of the best vacuums I've ever owned

This has been a wonderful vacuum. Smaller than all my previous vacuums. But works as good or better. Works great on pet hair. Easy to maneuver around. Great on any style carpet.

Great for pet owners. Easy to use. Highly recommended.

It has good suction but does not have a place to store the pet brush used for couches furniture. Also cannot be adjusted for height for transitions between carpet and hardwood. Overall a decent vacuum but not a great one.

I got this Bissell to replace my old Bissell that had seen better days (used it for approx 4 years). Set up was very easy, just followed the instructions. The first time I used this vaccum it seemed heavier than my last one, but that was because the suction power was so much better!!! After 2 or 3 uses I got used to the new feel of it. This is a great inexpensive vaccum that I would recommend to anyone with carpet. I do not use it on my bare floor areas, so I cannot comment on that. Only negative is that it doesn't have a light on it. But I definitely think the pros outweigh the cons with this vaccum. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

Have used this vacuum a few times and it seems to work good. It is a little inconvenient to switch to the hose. You have to put a few pieces together every time you want to use it. Also, there is no spot to hold the pet attachment. Other than that it works nice.

I love my new Bissell - Powerglide Bagless Pet Upright Vacuum - Red Berends. I had a very cheap one before from walmart and didnt pick any dirt or anything off the floor or carpet. This vacuum is in the $100 rang but well worth it. It sucks and doesnt clog easily. It has a button push empty so you dont get your hands dirty. It has 2 filters as well so its great for pets and allergies so when i first used it, it picked up so much dirt hair and dust left from the other vacuum which i used the old one and tried the new one. Its a great buy and i got the 4 year warranty as well and it comes in the red color which i loved as well.

This was to replace my old Hoover and for the price it does a great job. I have multiple pets so this vacuum gets used almost everyday.

We purchased this to replace our old vacuum. This does a wonderful job on both hard floors and carpets. It can handle the large amount of fur left behind by my German Shepard, although I sometimes need to empty the dirt cup twice. Overall a great vacuum .... easy to use and clean.

I have tile. And this was store advertisted as both good on flat floors and pet hair. My cat is a short hair. But I am a long haired mustachioed man. From multiple uses it seems relatively effective. I think it would work better on flat wood floors. Instead of tiles. But it still manages to clean up most dust and hairs. Not really that great along walls or ridges, but good enough if you know what you're doing. For the price. It seems rather good. But I can't attest to it's longevity. I'm hoping it last a few years.

I love this vaccuum!! It is a powerful piece of machinery that definitely gets all that pet hair out of rugs. The design is beautiful and very light weight.

Decent price for what you get. Easy to empty the canister. A litte anoying to use the attachments. But it does the job and I like how you can turn off the rollers for hard wood.

Bought it after exchanging my first one in on purchase of a Kirby. Hate the Kirby and went back to a proven winner. Great price for an awesome vacuum!

I really like the vacuum. The reason I gave it a 4 stars, it comes with a handheld pet brush and I can not find a place on the vacuum to hold it when not in use. Also don't like that it does not have automatic cord retractor.

This did a really great job picking up all the cat dander and dirt in my house. Also, it hasn't lost it' suction like it was advertise. At least not yet.

I have two dogs in an apartment and this vacuum was just what I needed! I had a Bissell before for eight years and it never failed me. I love that all the filters are washable. And the pet attachment for furniture is amazing. I also like the swivel head.

Needed a vacum to work on my Shaw Caress carpets. I had a vacum and purchased another vacum, both were hard to push on soft carpet. The Bissell was able to vacum the soft carpets and did well on my other flooring needs

For a small machine, it works very well. Works very well on thick carpet and on solid floors. Maybe I missed it, but I did not see where you could adjust. Again, no issue with thick carpet or hardwood, but just surprised that it doesn't raise/lower.
