Love the mop/vacuum. Maps well. Very intelligent. Easy to operate.

I’ve had roomba and Wyze and finally dicided to buy a bigger ans better vacuum. After some research I decided to get Dustin and it has not disappointed me. Duatin is everything has everything I needed and a big plus was self empty and mop. Great buy Highly recommend it

This was easy to set up. I did have a question when it wouldn't hook up to my wi-fi, but the company responded quickly and walked me through the steps to get my wi-fi set up. It works great on my floors. They don't look so dusty now.

Got an exceptional deal as a Christmas gift. My daughter has a young child and 2 other boys (all boys) and she really likes this. It makes cleaning the kitchen floor easier.

Dustin has been performing wonderfully and has significantly reduced my cleaning time. However, I’ve noticed an issue with the mopping attachment. Due to the floor transitions in my house, Dustin tends to get stuck in one room while mopping, which can lead to a bit of a mess. Thanks to the technical support advice, I’ve set up a no-mop area in the closet, which has helped a lot. Other than that, it has been amazing, and I’m really happy with its overall performance!

Wasn’t sure how much I would like or even use it, but now I can’t go without it. It does it job and even dumps itself! Just set up a few barriers and zones as needed and you don’t even have to worry about it again when you have it on a schedule.

Overall easy to use - I do have some problem having it try to connect to my router. Also the malfunction battery error keeps coming up.

its good but could be better. the brush is the issue for me, it collects all the hair and eventually all tangled and not really a brush! wish it had tanglefree brush. Moping feature is basically smearing the cleaning solution on the floor, it does not clean. if you can buy it for sale price, its okay to have i think.

Dustin has been a great asset to our family. The convenience of having a scheduled time for cleaning our floors, keeps our floors clean throughout the day. When a specific room has too many things in the floor we can block the room off on the map on the app avoiding Dusting getting stuck in any toys or obstacles that might be in the way. It has good obstacle avoidance, but will drive over a sock or small objects. It is easy to get tangled but easy to get back up and running. We have three cats and between the mess of the cat litter, debris from walking into the house and cat hair, it has helped me maintain a cleaner floor.

Really liked the way this works and cleans. It’s more advanced than our old Roomba.

Still very new to it but it’s been fantastic, the item mapped out residence perfectly and was much more silent than I thought it would be. The dust bags last a crazy long time and the mop portion will be tried next. But overall I’ve been very happy with it

Amazing! I'd recommend Dustin to anybody thinking about it. It's like having a personal maid that cleans for you everyday. We have ours set to clean 3 times a day. No more stress and more time to get other things done. Get one you will not regret it!

Bob does a decent job with vacuuming and wet mopping but he’s as dumb as a fence poat. I mean, tha ks to his bumbers and LIDAR he “sees” in the dark ans procides maps to acale if wvwry room. From there you can edit the map and label each room. You can even mark which room cannot be mopped. But withon a couple days of you editing the map, Bob suffers from an aneurysm and that map is list or comoletelt corrupted. Also, when Bob vacuums he will get stuck in spots and he will bwvwr learn, no matter how mamy times he gets stuck in the aame spot. And when he slides under furniture like dressers, if they are at the right height, it hits his power button, turning him off. Why they didn’t use recessed buttons is beyond me. They should have the app programmed in such a way that if Bob stops communicating with the app, the app records on the map where Bob last communicated. He is excellent at hiding. Also, once you have the map edited to perfection, it should allow you to save it as a default map tbat won’t be automatically overwritten.

Got thisnformmy wife and she lives it. Rhe house is always cleaned now. Super easy to use. The brush and wheel younhave to clean up so oftern buts its worth the time to clean it. The automatic enoty opion is AMAZING!
