I purchased this vacuum about a month ago and very happy I got it. The customer support is excellent as well as the way the vacuum works it way around the house. We have hardward floors and a cat and dog and the Dustin does an excellent job picking up all the pet hair as well as the dust on the floor.

The first use was really good for sometimes. Now, its not cleaning as it used to.

Found this vacumn on a special. So far so good. I would recommend this to anyone

I guess you get what you pay for, but this thing has some quirks that I just can't explain. At first, it was great. Mapped the house and did a mostly good job. Then about 2 weeks after we received the item, it just stopped in its tracks. Vacuum still running, just sitting still. Tried to control it with the phone, nothing. Tried to push the GO button to force power it off, nothing. So, I pulled the battery (which requires tools) and this did a hard reset. Fine, let's start all over again. Two weeks later, the vacuum is going back and forth in the same pattern like it's lost. I open the map, and it has created a phantom room outside my closed front door that is solid, through a wall that is solid and there are no mirrors. KGreat, another reset. Two weeks later and it is under my desk and as it is about to go out of my office, it just stops. Same issue as before. Rather than pick it up and remove the battery again, I took it in and placed it on the charge base and I let it run the battery out. This saved the memory and it did not do a full reset, but it did reset the unit to where it would work again. That brings me to today. This thing just added 2 new rooms on top of the room that I spoke of earlier, but these rooms actually exist. These rooms are my dining room and entry way and my office, but at a 90º angle to the rest of the map. So now I have two offices on this map, two dining rooms and two entry ways. It seems that the robot had a mixup on where it was and the compass went haywire. Now, I get to factory reset this thing, AGAIN, and I guess just keep playing this game about every month. Cannot recommend.

This is the worst product I've ever purchased in my entire life. It retails for over $1100 and it's not even worth a nickel. I don't care how low the price is, avoid this product. Bad battery life. Glitchy app. Would randomly turn on and just run into the same wall over and over again then stop & have a "trouble alert" but the app never successfully functioned to actually notify me. The mop function sounds like way more work than just using a regular mop and the little sweeper brush wouldn't stay on at all ever. When I contacted the company directly they told me to buy some specialty screw driver then proceeded to insult my intelligence then ghosted me when I needed product support. Best buy now has a pitiful return window of 15 days and my vacuum died permanently 12 hours after the return window closed. I've never owned a vacuum like this so I had no basis for comparison & no expectations but disappointment would be a huge understatement. I don't understand how one product could get soooooo many things wrong. I felt truly deceived every step of the way. Don't let heavy shiny black plastic fool you, this is straight up trash. Ran In theory it has all the bells in whistles and in reality this is a money grab.

After scanning my house, and naming the spaces, the bObsweep robot works for about a week before splitting your rooms and eventually crapping out its entire memory of the space. You'll have to keep your house clean for this to help clean your house. If it sees something not previously scanned, it craps its memory.... my not smart roomba is better.
