Although we are very happy with our Dustin, we are even more impressed with bObsweep customer service. They couldn't be more helpful and will work with you until your issue is resolved. At a time when most companies customer service is pathetic, with agent simply reading a menu, bObsweep's customer service is spectacular

Absolutely love this vacuum. I have it upstairs and it goes from three bedrooms into two baths and the hallway. It goes back docks itself and empties. I have a golden retriever and a long-haired cat and it does a beautiful job on the carpets. I’d like to get another one when I can afford it for downstairs. Recommend highly.

Haven't used the mop feature yet, this vacuum is good for 1 big room at a time. After it cleans 1 bigger room id have it dock and empty. Other then that does a decent job, human operation is still the best. It works. I also got it on sale for 240.

It was really good, but only for two weeks. I have it on low vacuum power, so it cleans more quietly. Randomly, it started lagging, was very loud, and did not clean as well. Nothing is jammed or clogged. The app is up to date. I tried to return / exchange at Bestbuy, but they won't let me. I have to go through bObsweep now to see what they can do. I wasted $300 and will lose more for postal charges to send in my vacuum for repair / exchange. DO NOT BUY!

This Bob is amazing for sweeping and picks up everything, really detailed. I thought the mopping would be better as opposed to just a moist pad being dragged across the floors.

I like the vacuum function of this item, not so much the mop. I have porcelain tile and it leaves streaks or path vacuum traveled.

Amazing vacuum and Mop very useful and good gift for new house

So far Dustin has been so great for us. It has picked up so much dust and dog hair. We could not be more excited to have him (aka Dusty) apart of the family. This has been our first robot and I am already considering getting a second. While one sweeps the other can mop. It's been a game changer coming home to a clean floor daily from work.
