So far so good, Replacing Roomba been so disappointed that this came up on a deal of the day and I ordered it. So far so good. Small hiccup, called company they are looking into. Customer service very nice, friendly and helpful.

I have yet to be able to fully map my place or complete a full cleaning due to the bumper error code. No matter how many times I restart the machine or clean the bumper, it keeps happening. I purchased this vacuum in November 2023 but just started using it so it’s too late to return otherwise I would. This is a bummer. Leaving this review to warn future customers. It has potential if you receive a machine that works well. Don’t wait to open it up and test it like me, that way you have time to return it.

This product works OK. I am very frustrated with the mapping. It gets the map correct, then I label everything and it is great... for about a week or two. At this point the robot decides to invent new rooms, spaces that don't exist, join rooms, separate them etc to the point it gets lost and doesn't work anymore. I then have to rmap the entire house with it, which means cleaning everything out from under the bed so it doesn't get stuck during mapping. After it maps, I have to go back and fix all the rooms and also add all the spots where it shouldn't go. A simple feature to save an old map would eliminate this problem. If I could load an old map, just like loading an old save on a video game, you could get rid of bugs.

I have bobbi also and i seen dustin on deal of the day and i had to get it for my parents and im so happy i did they are getting older and it really helps them out so much it works amazing it was really easy to set up and i love that it can do so much extra I definitely would recommend this to anyone no matter the size of your home

Works great on my floors. I have 2dogs and a cat. I run it daily and have no complaints.

Got this after buying another brand. This works just as well as my first one but the good thing about this is that both brushes are removable this way its easy to untangle it if anything gets caught. The mop feature is cool its just a microfiber towel on the bottom and it sprays water or whatever cleaner you add I love having the option of having a light wipe when i dont have the time to do so manually. But u must remember to remove the cloth and wash it or it stinks. My only real issue is when it self emptys it makes the most earth shattering, nerve rattling noise i have ever heard. It's so startling. If things like this bother you this is not the machine for you

Decent overall but misses corners and dirt sometimes prob due to a single brush. Feel like would have been really good if it had a twin brush design.

This product changed.My life makes my light easy and clean i just go home. And I don't have to worry about cleaning life is just beautiful

The worst vacuum ever. I have had it a little over a year and it has NERVER once worked correctly. It is always stuck somewhere, even in the middle of the room where there are no objects in site. The automatic empty comes on but it doesn't empty the vacuum. The vacuum was in the middle of the floor off, because you know, its stuck on absolutely nothing, and the auto empty was activated emptying who knows what.

Very handy and extremely useful. We call him Robbie and he’s kept our house much cleaner. I’d say it’s worth it. Feels like having a friend in the house strange as it sounds.

I airways thought the robot vacs were somewhat of a gimmick, but this one has changed my mind. Dustin is very efficient and I love the fact that it automatically empties. We do supplement every once in a while with our regular vacuum, but Dustin does a wonderful job with day to day maintenance and cleaning.

This is my first experience with a robot vacuum, and I think I got spoiled from the start. This has truly been a great purchase so far. It's been up and running for 2 weeks now and I already convinced a coworker to buy one as well. Mapping took a little longer than expected, but once that was completed, it runs great!!
