Great little robot vacuum. Does a great job. We love it. Only issue is with pets, the hair is quick to fill the canister. But for everything else its great.

Great purchase, Works perfectly, exactly what i expected plus more. Make sure to bring it as close to your wifi modem as possible when setting up otherwise it may not be able to find the network. Other than that no issues.

Still waiting to open BOX. I am in a renovation of house project and have not opened the box yet.

This is an excellent product. Map creation and then following the map is very precise. I’m very satisfied so far with this excellent quality producr. It’s definitely going to help me to reduce my cleaning activity. Mop quality is also very good. Thanks for such a nice product.

I love Dustin. Better than my previous robot vacuum. Capability to have various floor maps so floors are always clean and 3 types of cleaning intensities. No complaints.

Good value for the price. It does not compare to other high end robots

Got the work done and never complains. However, it tends to go under narrowed cabinets and got stuck there til I came to rescue. The sensor works but I guess it doesn't work with old houses where the kitchen cabinets tends to lay lower to the ground than the new houses?

This vaccine is quiet and fast. Does a good job laying out the houses pattern. The only issue is the dust port from the vacuum to the bin is small so it does not always empty properly

Loses its maps ALOT. Vacuum works good but not as good as our old Neato vacuum.

Best Christmas gift. We named him Matt, after Matt Canada, the offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers, because he sucks. LOL Matt is wonderful! He is scheduled every morning at 5am and we come down to a clean home! Wonderful

This item is difficult to use. Not sure how it is supposed to wash floors. I ended up buying a new phone to see if that was the problem. Bought the item several months ago and still have not been able to use it. Too bad I waited to long in order to return the product. If I could have, I would have.

It's great for the money but not what we were looking for. I guess we were hoping for a much more versatile unit. Lots of great features but you have to manually change out mop versus vacuum. Also, water is the only cleaner that you can use. I don't want just a water mop.

Dustin has been great. I went from a Roomba to bobsweep (the Roomba is now in charge of the basement) and it has been a great switch. I really enjoy being able to put no sweep zones in and while the app isn't the best it's adequate for what it needs to be.

It is an excellent appliance that helps me keep my home clean.

This is my first robot vacuum. The mop function is amazing and the vacuum suction is great. The vacuum is wonderful because I have two cats.

This is a good vacuum. It gets the job done well. However, over the carpet, I find it can be a little better. When it ran on my carpet, I find that it made the carpet messier. So that is something that they can work on.

Amazing cleaning utility! We have a husky and instead of us manually vacuuming every day, the cleaning robot does it for us! NO MORE FLOATING HAIR!
