Dustin bOb does a good job of cleaning the ceramic tile in my kitchen, the hardwood floors, and even the rugs. He stubbornly does get stuck on the refrigerator. I like that he self empties and puts himself "back in his place" when he's finished.

Great product!!! Very easy to setup and put it to work!

I like the virtual boundaries you can place in the app where the vaccum can't go, for example stairs, outside doors, etc.... Another plus was i got it on sale, so that made it WAY worth it ( I won't pay over a thousand dollars for a VACUUM! ).

It gets dumber by the more uses you do. Now, for some strange reason it stays still in one place trying to figure out where to go next when it already has the layout in memory. Really disappointing robot vacuum.

Mops good , vacuuming not as good if you have both tole and carpet i don't think it recognizes the difference

We loved this unit it stopped working. Would not charge saying it was offline. Returned to store for an exchange hopefully the replacement will be better.

Excellent vacuum! Just what we needed. We really enjoy using it every day.

This thing is a huge step up over basic smar vacs. The room mapping worked great and having the option to exclude certain areas where normal vacs kept getting stuck is a big deal for us. We got it on sale and it is well worth it for us.

This is my first vacuum bot. I am aad i waited so long to buy one. I have a cat and the vacuum does an amazing job cleaning up the cat hair. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Very pleased.

Motor burnt out and got really loud in one month of ownership. I’m waiting to tell if I like this product based off how how customer service will handle this

I've had this vacuum for over a year now and it's a constant headache. When it works, it's works well, unfortunately it's constantly requires remapping. I'll map the house, edit the map and add no-sweep zones, etc... set a schedule and it cleans great for a couple of weeks (sometimes longer). Then it will start getting lost, doesn't know where it's at and I get an error telling me I need to remap. I've probably remapped my home 10 times this year, after going weeks with it out of service due to the error. Spend more and get a reliable product.

I like my BObsweep so sar so good the only thing that i can i think the app keep crashing and not recognizing the wifi and you will need to log in time to times

Very clean and quickly. The sound not to noisy. Very helpful robot. I recommended it.

Keeps dust in the vacuum and not all over my floors. Does great with my 3 dogs’ hair and picking up little objects that would otherwise annoy me if/when stepped on!

Took a bit for it to figure things out. Was about ready to return it and it finally returned to charger and emptied itself. Been working great ever since

This machine does a good job. I wish i would have tried one of these sooner.
