Dustin very reliable and helpful , leeks my home dust and dog hair free , planing to buy another one

I really wanted to like this remote vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, it has too many problems. For one, it can get stuck on its own shadow. I'm not kidding. Sometimes it's just stopped in the middle of the floor for no reason. I can push the button and see that it has charge on it so it's not the battery. Another issue is that it's too tall for fitting under certain areas, such as my refrigerator doors. It gets stuck very often. I've had to put stuff in the way of my couch and my TV stands so it doesn't try to go under them and get stuck. The self cleaning mode is nice, but getting it to find the base is maddening. I can push the button to go back to base and the thing will drive around in circles, and then often in the wrong direction, taking several minutes to figure out where it is and get back to the base. Overall, I went from a shark cleaner to this one, and I'm going back to my shark. At least I got this on sale. I certainly wouldn't pay the price they ask without it being on sale. Caveat emptor.

Very quiet and cleans quickly! The only drawback is the dump at the end of each use is very loud. Definitely want to put the base in a room where the noise won’t bother you.

I just started using the Dustin robot and I love it. Its ability to go from wooden floor to the kitchen rug and bedroom carpet to clean is awesome. It really gets the job done.

I purchased my BobSweep Dustin this past Thanksgiving and I’m really happy with how well it cleans my carpet. I would highly recommend this to friends and family.

It's a decent robo vacuum but don't expect high quality from this. It gets stuck pretty much every time it runs not very intelligent and avoiding obstacles. The vacuum is powerful. The mapping takes a lot of time and the app is not that friendly to customize the map. I will not be buying this again.

It’s a great addition to my weekly cleaning regimen. I still use my Dyson to vacuum multiple times a week but this is convenient for the days I don’t feel like vacuuming.

Its has been great to have. Glad we finally purchased one. It works great as was easy to setup.

It’s not great. For the build and the cost I really thought it was the latest and greatest. First off the mop is soggy. It lets more water out than needed. Leaves wet spots. And the vacuum I have to clean a room 2 times to pick up dust and dirt. I have tile floors idk if that is why it doesn’t clean well. I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money.

Working as expected. I haven’t used the mop option since I’m only using it to handle the rooms upstairs (Hardwood floors and carpet in the media room)

I was super excited to purchase this vacuum. Upon charging it and turn it one for the first time, the vaccum didn't perform as expected. The vaccum didn't pick up light dust or dirt on floors of a single person home. Vaccum continuously stopped moving after departing its base only 6 foot away. I really wished this vaccum could have provided my housekeeping needs.

Great features, for labeling room, spot cleaning, room cleaning. Didnt have to clean manually since I got this product.

It cleans ok. Nothing spectacular. Often gets stuck in places and other robots didn’t have that problem. Additionally seems to have a life of its own. Drives off the charging station and returns without any prompts. I had to reset his battery twice already. I have it for a year one and I have often issues with it. Yet another one now and even though I followed the advice from the error message it still doesn’t work. So I don’t recommend as the performance isn’t good and there are many issues

Wow! Dustin is amazing on my floors. Handles dirt and debris from my 3 dogs effortlessly. Floors look great!

Third robot I have after Roomba and Roborock. This one is number three for me. My issues, it gets stuck under my couch, it does not appear to account for the extra height in the center of the vacuum. I have hard wood floor that needs cat litter picked up but the side brush flings the litter away to areas that were already cleaned. I have to use high vacuum mode for it to pick up everything which is very loud. When cleaning in room mode, the app only allows one room to be chosen instead of multiple rooms. My other vacuum with mop has automatic mop cleaning and this vacuum does not so it would be too much of a hassle for me to use mop.
