This vacuum is great. The mapping of rooms is so easy and when we put our Christmas tree up, it was easy to adjust. I would highly recommend this.

I like the spot cleaning and room cleaning. Editing the map is a little difficult to do on a small phone screen, but not impossible. I got this on sale, but I would say it’s not worth the full price. Don’t get this if you have hairy pets. The self-emptying is not very effective and I have to manually clean it out myself. The brush in the vacuum gets gunked up easily, and the cleaning tool isn’t very effective on it. Because it gets blocked up quickly, sometimes it just drags and spreads dirt around. Overpriced ineffective product.

Lasted only about 7 months then stopped working. Really not convenient when I purchased it for my elderly parents that aren’t tech savvy. The whole point was to add comfort to their life. Instead they’re now stuck with a little robot that refuses to do its job. For almost $300, and for it to work just 7 months is kind of a rip off

So far this was a bad purchase. The small spin falls off when it moves from one room to rhe other(all hardwood so carpet isnt the issue) and the self emptying process has never worked since i set it up. Im giving it another 4 daya then takinf it back if i cannot trouble

These are great…if you can get them to work! I am in a wheelchair, so my kids had this sent to me. It took them 18 days to get over to my house to set it up for me. I cannot reach the floor to do it myself. UNUSABLE OUT OF THE BOX! The vacuum WILL NOT stay connected to wifi after each vacuum! It has disconnected on me for the 3rd time today. The only way to reconnect is to uninstall app, reinstall the app again, set up a new vacuum and reconnect using Bluetooth pairing. You have to be able to do this on the machine itself while it is on the charger. Since I cannot do that. I went to return it. Low and behold, evidently I am 3 days outside the return window! 15 days only! I didn’t even get to try it by then! So now what?!?!?! My daughter also purchased one for herself and hers does seem to work ok. So go ahead. Maybe you’ll get lucky? If not, be sure to get it in within the 2 week window. RIDICULOUS!
