Suction is terrible. Mapping in theory is cool but the vacuum cleans partial rooms then chrages and then cleans partial again but never the whole room. App is stupid and archaic

Work Amazing but maintenance is very difficult to clear error msgs

Not sure how this item is priced at a $1000. Not good suction and the memory onnthe item is questionable. .

mapping feature is great, and the vacuum itself works well. However, it never seems to "self empty" that well....always have to manually empty it.

Makes vacuum a breeze. It doesn’t do well on wood floor areas but does good on our carpet. I do have to empty it at least one e each run through on our house.

No suction. App is terrible. Packaging and presentation was great but actually vacuuming was not good, even at a discounted price.

I am surprised to see so many good reviews. It put Dustin in front of its house and goes around does not find it. It worked for 20 minutes and then while it was at 70% it returned which it never reached the station. $800 is a actually for something amazing. I will return it.

It was good at first but after 1 month it starts to perform halfway then stopped. Sometimes it starts and stops at halfway then have to look for it where the Bob is at.

Not bad procduct but bot ideal for smaller areas. Not again probably buy something cheaper next go round

Did not have the same experience with this unit as the other "incentivized" reviews. First base unit would not self empty the robovac on arrival, (would not even respond to the app command to self empty). Second, found it dismal at picking up dog hair. It just left clumps all over my carpet I had to go around picking up after a vacuum run.

It’s alright. I’ve experienced better for cheaper. I just enjoy the color.

Good for single format floors on the same level, not for multi format flooring on the same level

I like the vacuum however having some issues closing off a few bedrooms.

There is a reason it is so deeply discounted, it is complete trash. It's been over a year and it's constantly going the wrong places coming on at wrong times, a few hairs and it's clogged. It's just techno junk.

Product design and looks are good. But keep a lookout for defective product and cleaning is not that great though the power mentioned is high. Quality is good and it is intelligent to clean corners or borders first and then clean middle of room. Only problem I see is the robot cleans in straight lines but the brush goes on same line and leaves a pattern or area which is not brushed or cleaned

Very expensive paperweight. Worked for 10 days like a charm and then progressively got worse and worse with quality and many error codes and shorter and shorter amounts of time it functioned over time. 3 months later doesn't even work. I am working with the company to fix or replace. We'll see how that goes.

Stops suddenly at some places and gets stuck easily. Doesn’t do deep mop and does it so lightly. Overall I’m not satisfied with this product.
