The device won’t connect to WiFi, and won’t update its software. It does a decent job cleaning, but I don’t think it’s any better than the cheap robo vacuum we had before this. I would not recommend this vacuum, I would go with a name brand instead. Also worth noting, when we received the vacuum and I took it out of the box it looked dirty and scuffed up. I bought it new but I think I may have gotten a refurb. It does function, aside from the software and WiFi issues I mentioned above.

Had hope for this and thought it was gonna be ok at first but NOPE after dealing with it for a month or so figuring out that the app sucks first of all , It's loud gets stuck often even after mapping was complete brush spins to fast even on low power slings debris around no voice sound that ive found , like my ( ihome nova pro ) wich is superior to bOb sweep dustin would not buy again or recommend to others

I bought this on a crazy Deal of the Day sale, hopeful this would be an upgrade from my old Roomba. IT IS NOT! During the first use, it stopped during the run stating that the main brush was clogged. It wasn’t, but I’ve cleaned it out multiple times to almost a new state.. That error pops up every time after a couple seconds of trying to run it. I’ve reached out through the app and email to try to get help, and so far no luck. Don’t waste your money on this floor ornament.

I called the insurance company, they didn’t want to fix it, they gave me another one but I had to pay another 79 dollars, which wasn’t fair to me because I had very little with it

I was excited at first when I saw the discounted price but it keeps on getting stuck everywhere. Only one swiper do not detect surrounding items. Doesn't have the lasers to detect walls, chairs objects so run into everything.

It moves very poorly on the carpet, and I also think that the suction power of the garbage is very poor.

Cumbersome software - and a useless vaccume - it just walks doesn't pick up any dust - struggles on hardwoods and is pure crap on rugs or carpet.

As a stay at home mom with a one year old and a 14 year old Dustin has brought more peace into my life! It was so easy to put together, I Normally get my husband to install everything for me lol. I was surprised and thrilled I didn’t have to conduct a mapping since DUSTIN already had a layout of my house after connecting to my wifi! Wow! I quickly downloaded the app and love love love how easy it is to use!! Since Dustin has a brush on the side I feel like it not only sweeps but dusts as well, such a great feature! The battery life seems never ending maybe because it charges so fast! It’s pretty quiet while it sweeps I forget it’s going around at times! I love that it self empties however it is a bit loud. The mop option works great on minor spills. Overall I am absolutely thrilled and in love with my Dustin. I can make better use of my time by spending it with my loved ones since Dustin gets the job done! Thank you!

It's a generic option that will not last. The mop option is also not useful at all.

Bought this out of curiosity about the brand. Features sound good on paper, so the thought was what the heck I’ll give it a chance. What a mistake that was. Setup was easy but as noted the sode brush falls off and won’t stay on, the vacuum is poor and challenged to pick up cat litter on low pile carpet. On a positive note it didn’t get stuck except once. But as a vacuum it’s below one. In the garbage it goes. I won’t even donate such junk.

It doesn't have enough power. It's definitely not an improvement over the Pet Hair.

Not so happy with the product. Brush keep falling off. Keep stopping. Not good brand.

Does not work well stops working half way into its job

I've had it for a few months now and it's getting slower and slower every time I use it. I might as well vacuum myself. Would not recommend.

It’s not getting charging and Not working. Low quality

Was great while it worked. Love the zone mapping for different rooms. Unfortunately Dustin died after 8 weeks

Not that good compare to iRobot. It don’t vaccum at all places and always face challenges to go back to docking station . And throw back dust in between

Even at a heavy discount this still isn't worth the headache. It constantly gets stuck and does a very poor job at vacuuming!? Will be returning this ASAP and break out old faithful the basic tough as nails Skark Ion that has been going for three years strong.

It didn’t worked for me.It got stucked under the middle of the bed saying bumper jammed it happened twice when Ian trying to map,and it’s not working properly on carpet,I tried twice to map I failed twice to map my place .

I just replaced my bobsweep standard (moved to basement), with the Orb-i. My standard has worked great for years and will probably work for another few years. I was so impressed with the standard that I decided on another bobsweep, the Orb-i. It was easy to setup, mapped my upstairs, and does a great job of cleaning and is very quiet. Scheduling and room selections are a really nice feature. The Orb-i app works great. Really nice app and robot!
