Doesn't pick up the dirt. Fail even the simplest pick up test. It's very loud, and it's navigation is terrible. Didn't even bither trying the mop function. Returni g

Obstacle avoidance is basically non existent. Had to rescue each single day.

I am loving my Dustin, although our Corgi is not quite so sure! My main floor is about 1,100 square feet and Dustin is able to cover that in about 1.5 hours on a single charge at medium power. He has gotten stuck on cords twice, but that was my fault for not getting them out of his way. It does a great job at picking up the Corgi's hair, although it has a problem emptying if I don’t empty it half way through the cleaning cycle as the flap on the vacuum gets clogged with the hair. I also love the lines it makes in the carpet. Every time it is like a little art display on the floor! The mop function is a little weak and I do not use it very much. I still prefer a little elbow grease on my part. The mapping functioning is the app is great. Its shows the floor plan of your home and the location of the charging dock and Dustin while he is at work.

Doesnt cover the edges. Not powerful in terms of cleaning or mopping. It goes in random direction

It is always lost and can’t find its way to the dock. The map is constantly deleted and I have to reprogram my house. It does not clean hard floors or carpets very good. The battery does not last long.

Dustin has been a great addition to our home! He is doing a great job of helping me keep up with the pet hair and keeping our house clean. Dustin is very quiet while he's vacuuming and follows his directions very well; he does the areas he's told to do and returns home when his job has been completed. The self emptying feature is awesome. It saves me a lot of time with my busy schedule.

I was super excited about this purchase, however that was short lived. Dustin, just pushes dirt around and the spin brush falls off frequently. Will probably return and buy a reputable brand.

This machine works wonderfully and mapped out my home perfectly on the first attempt. It’s super quiet, and does such a great job! I was also impressed with how quickly and effectively it vacuums - the battery life is really good too. The best part is the self-emptying bin, I love this feature. I haven’t used the mop attachment yet, but I have no doubt it works as good as the vacuuming feature!

Have it for a year. Takes for ever to recharge. Dust stopped transferring to base after usage n leave dust balls all over the floor.

Did not work for us. I know it worked for some other folks but it was always getting stuck everywhere when we tried to use it.

Does not vacuum well at all. Constantly have to clean it out.

Does not stay online. Gets stuck a lot. Really frustrating to use

Very disappointed but I cannot return because it is over 15 days refund policy! It broke down and the battery doesn’t charge after 29 days of using it!

We love our Dustin so far! We’ve not yet used the mop attachment but my sister got hers same day and said hers worked great too! I LOVE how quiet it is. We stopped using our roomba due to the sound. I’m neurodivergent as is my husband and it was just too much for us. Thanks for making our cleaning easier to manage and comfortable too! We don’t often get both. It’s even quiet enough our 3 easily spooked dogs adjusted very quickly to it! After the first use they stopped caring about it. It’s barely different sound level wise than an air conditioner. It seems quieter than that to me. What noise it does make sounds more like white noise or a sleep sound machine so it’s not annoying. And so far it’s worked great! We recently moved so our house is a bit chaotic with bins everywhere and getting moved a lot. It does great at mapping and navigating around all kinds of stuff! I will say the empty noise scared the living daylights out of us hahah but it’s fine now that we know what to expect. I forgot it emptied itself so wasn’t planning on hearing a vortex into another dimension opening in our kitchen. Lol Thanks again for a great product. I’ll let you know if we have any hiccups.

It was great the first couple of weeks now the mop setting no longer works and I can no longer return it.

We got Dustin as an upgrade from our Slam and I could not be happier so far. He's super intuitive about his mapping (we had a Pethair Vision Plus previously that had to use "bump-in" technology to map) which is great. Set-up could not have been easier! He runs fairly quietly throughout the house and has been great about getting under things and getting himself out without issues. Our only real complaint is we wish he had a longer power cord. Since he needs a bit of space to get back to his charger, we have a spot that's great except for where our outlet is vs where we need to park him. We will be experimenting with his mapping and blocking him from areas but it seems the process is fairly uncomplicated. Dustin is a great addition to our family with one dog and a cat that seems to shed constantly. Our floors always looked clean but the amount of fur that this unit picks up on a daily basis is crazy. Constantly disconnects, it doesnt mop it just drags a small piece of cloth, cant park right on the docking station. Piece of junk.

Used on tile floor for 2 weeks at most, not even on daily use and then it won’t charge anymore. Keep giving error message on the app.

Had for 2 weeks stopped dead Instructions said push reset But it doesn’t tell you where the reset is??
