Our Dustin is doing awesome!  It was truly bought for our Dental Office just to keep the new vinyl floors swept during closed times, but now discovered that I love the mopping ability!  It really does keep our new floors looking clean!   I also like the mapping feature which allows us to send it to a particular area.   It is nice that it self-empties because it is run during no working hours.  The looks of the vacuum and the base are stylish so it is not unsightly where it is stored.  I like the easy to use app and being able to control  Dustin by the app from anywhere.  This is a super buy and I could not be happier.

The robot i bought was defective, it doesn't sweep properly gets stuck every where it goes.

I love this vacuum! I had a little trouble with the initial setup. But it was probably because I was so excited that I didn’t read the instructions properly. Bobsweep customer service has been extremely responsive and helpful. I’ve communicated with them through email. My rep made everything so easy and even checked in to make sure everything worked out well. The vacuum is effective, quiet and smart. It moves smoothly from one floor type to another. I love that it empties itself. That was my least favorite part of my previous model. I’m thrilled that I found Bobsweep and I look forward to seeing what they come up with in their next model.

Setup was easy and the updates to the software took no time at all. I do pick up small items (toys) off the floor and make sure any shoes with laces are not in the way. I enjoy the enhanced mapping and flow of the vacuum process. It does not bump and bang into furniture or walls like other cheap models. The battery is amazing and can complete my second floor of about 1000sq feet in just over an hour. The dust bin is big and captures so much pet hair and dirt. The noise is less than a normal vacuum which makes me happy. This has given back hours to my life and allows me to vacuum daily with minimal effort.

As an owner of two big dogs, one who sheds all the time this has been SUCH a lifesaver in keeping my rugs and hardwood looking great! It took only minutes to set up and download the app. The app is so easy to use and navigate, I love the mapping feature with the ability to block off certain rooms and/or areas as well as the option to see the battery percentage at all time and send Bob back to the charger! Highly recommend.

Not a good value fot money, both vaccum and Mop are not as expected

Claims to handle pet hair, absolutely the worst. Mine never works

I am very happy with the bobsweep I purchased in July, 2024. I replaced a Roomba that seemed to take all day with multiple rechargings to complete the full cycle. Bobsweep is done in 1 ½ hours. I like the mop feature too and the mapping to avoid my rug works great. I’ve had two roombas and this is my first bobsweep. I would highly recommend bobsweep over Roomba.

We’re very happy with our BObsweep Dustin, cleans very well and leaves my place clean after my 2 cats and 2 dogs and no hassles emptying the pin, beside it’s very easy to program. The maps areas in the App is very practical to clean the desired area if needed, and it got no problems transitioning from tile floor to carpet. I’m extremely happy with my purchase of Dustin it really does an amazing job picking up pet hair.. we recommend this product.

It didn’t even turn on something was wrong with it.
