I just got my bobsweep a month ago. It was working great UNTil i moved to a new location and got 5G network. So now i either have to change my wifi or get a new bot???? Buyer beware!

Vacuum works well but to control with a tablet or cell phone , it works on 2.4 GHz . I have 5 GHz at my house . I can not control unit remotely . Not impressed . Will not buy another .

Well this vacuum and mop is not what you need! Bottom brush comes loose so often that is not funny! You have to keep an eye on Dustin like he is baby! I was planing to returned the product but i miss the deadline with in 2 days with best buy. Save your money dont buy it

Not good at all. It doesn't sweep well and it gets stuck everywhere.

They set a high price and a big discount but it is not even worth $200. Gets stuck everywhere. Map system sucks. After you buy they email you to post good review in exchange for extra parts and bags and filters. Look into other brands.

This sweeper is absolutely inefficient in vacuuming carpets. It can do well on hard floors, though. It gets stuck frequently and has difficulty finding its charging spot most times. It can vacuum one spot repetitively until the battery runs out. Highly disappointed. Will not recommend this to anyone. Sorry!

Lost charge fast and never worked correctly. Replaced it once and stikm didnt wang ri wotk properly. The charge would work for the first time then fail

This is trash! I bought two of these. Always stuck and NO AUDIOABLE ALARM. It will stay stuck until you trip over it. I WROTE TO BOBSWEEP ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND NOTHING!!! YES THEY ARE DEAF. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This is to noisy. Keeps sticking on the carpet. Would not work for me

It turns on and attempts to clean. It goes around my house, doesn’t really clean anything. Can’t even get back into its own station. Does not start in the app. Disconnects from the app. Nothing works right.

Nothing but trouble Couldn’t charge itself and once we manually hooked up and try to clean it left piles of dirt at every threshold/vent cover/transition. Returned even though purchased at great discount

The sweeper wouldn't hold the wifi connection. Appeared to be completely charged, but got stuck on the carpet and wouldn't return to charging station.

What a pain! Bought on super good deal, received, set up was quick and easy, started mapping and done. Dead and not charging. Now I know, why it was on deal.
