I've owned a few robovacs in my life and this one has given me by far the most problems. I had a shark rv1001 then upgraded to an s9 and thought this would be good to give the s9 a bit of a break every once and a while, what a mistake. First during set up make sure you aren't connected to a 5ghz signal or this will never connect. Next this thing gets stuck allll the time. On average it would get stuck every 5 minutes, usually on absolutely nothing or literally on the wall as it just would jam itself on nothing. Next when trying the mop attachment it got stuck immediately then when moved it forgot where my kitchen was then mopped my living room carpet. I tried with and without the edge sensors nothing helped this. I was intrigued by the self emptying base and lidar, but my slam sensor shark vac navigated better than this. I'd stay super far away from this even on it's super deep sales. For reference the image included is of 2 cleaning cycles that each lasted no more than 20 minutes. I do plan on returning it

**Robot Vacuum Review - 2/5** I really wanted to like this robot vacuum, but it’s just not up to the task. For the price, it’s a total waste of money. It struggles to detect edges, so it constantly bumps into walls or misses areas entirely. It doesn't sweep cleanly either, leaving behind dust and crumbs that it should’ve picked up. Plus, it has a hard time working on rugs—often getting stuck or just not picking up dirt properly. I expected much better performance for the cost. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Save your money for a more reliable option.

Dustin is so easy to use, I dont even have to think about vacuuming any more. The adjustable suctioning strength is a game changer.

I like it so far but I'm not sure if we just have too much hair and other things on our floor but it gets clogged up often. I have to usually be home while he sweeps to fix one issue or another. But we have a lot of long haired females in the house along with a fluffy kitty and a 6 year old boy who leaves things on the floor. So might not me Dustin's fault. Easy set up and app. Syncs with Alexa. Excellent lidar mapping. Cute birth certificate comes on the package. Great deal when he is on sale.

Works like it should and does a great job vacuuming. Also, I enjoy the mopping feature. My floors/carpet gave never been cleaner.

Excellent and efficient helps a lot at home I would buy it again

Dustin has been great so far. He gets hung up from time to time, not really a technical issue, but more of a we forget he runs and he gets caught up on the kids toys left out. We did have an issue where he wouldn’t charge, but we ended up moving the charging station, and he is working flawless now. We appreciate Dustin picking up the slack in our home. We can set him on a schedule and just let him do the rest.

The Dustin robotic vacuum has improved our ability to keep our home clean and free of pet hair. I’m very impressed with the mapping ability and the option to “quick clean “ individual rooms. The ability to block off rooms is also a plus. That said, I would suggest a feature request to save multiple maps, rather then having to block and unblock rooms you don’t want to clean. The quality of the cleaning is great. I highly recommend this appliance. Much better device than my iRobot.

Overall I like Dustin, the robot itself is good. I gave it a 4 because the app is only compatible with 2.4 wifi. My home wifi is 5G so I'm unable to connect Dustin to the app to access benefits such as setting up a no mopping zone for my carpeted area.

This my first but we very impressed. Literally we stop vacuuming anything. Dustin does all the job for us.

Would love to have loved this but it is drastically flawed. It does a decent job of mapping a room but it’s lost its stored map of each room several times. The biggest flaw, however, is it constantly shut itself down and issues a message of “main brush jammed.” Even though there is nothing in the brush and it may have only ran for literally a minute or less. I will thoroughly clean the brush removing it as instructed in help section and will also have to remove pet hair and dust by hand because it won’t completely empty itself as it’s designed to do. We haven’t even tried the mopping feature because we’ve had so much trouble just trying to run the vacuum. If they could correct these flaws I believe it would be a very nice little daily vacuum but in its current form it’s essentially worthless. I’ve reached out for help through the BObsweep app but they have provided no useful help or fix and it may take several days for them to even respond to my pleas for assistance. I believe I did take out the extended warranty and I’m also a member of BestBuy which I believe extends my return times out to 60 days. I’d love to exchange it for a working one but I’m not too optimistic at this point. I buy a lot of items from BestBuy and generally very pleased with my purchases. I’m really hoping they will work with me to resolve this problem because I’m done with it’s constant failure to perform as designed and advertised. It’s could be such a help around the house and it seems to be close but unfortunately at least for this customer the Dustin is Bustin my chops, billfold and patience.

The lidar technology really shines. It navigates the crowded house very efficiently, remembering all the obstacles.

Dustin is doing really great. We have a newborn baby and we are so much concerned about cleanliness of the house and hairfalls. This dustin is a real hero makes the home sparkling clean and gives us peace of mind. This is a must have for every household. Bobsweep does a sparkling clean compared to other robots out there.

So far so good , does pretty good job at vacuuming and mopping as well

My Dustin is doing great, although he has some problem with localization, I was able to fix that with their amazing customer service agents. Bobsweep is a must and an amazing addition to your home!
