Bobsweep (we call him Hamisi) does a fabulous job. He is a very hard and dedicated worker. If he keeps up the good work. We might get him a friend to help him around the house.

Been using it for 3 months now and Loving it. Works great compared to my old neato one. I haven't used the mop yet but I do use this on 2 floors of my home and have separate maps for each which is nice.

Great product, consistent in what it picks up the app is user friendly. The machine can run as much or as little as you want it too!

Great product to lighten the load with housework. Wish I had this before now as it does a great job picking up pet hair/etc.

Set up was easy. If you are adding to Alexa make sure you to follow the instructions from another review to connect! Worked like a charm for me. Also easy to map the rooms in the app. And was easy to clean up the rubber brush when it encounters something sticky. :)

Mapped really good, the LIDAR scanner makes it so quick and easy to map out, especially with detecting objects around it. Didn’t get to try the mopping feature, and only had it for like 4 days. One of the primary parts of it broke, and I mean broke within a week of usage. Had to exchange it with a different brand.

Very easy to use and picks up pet hair better than my last robo vac- the mop option keeps dust down even better for allergy sufferers

I love it. It it really smart. The map it created is accurate. It cleans every corners and edge.

I have had a few robot vacuums and this one is by far the best. It does a good job with mapping and we have been very happy with it.

This is a game changer for my household. However, with 4 cats it struggles to keep up. I’d imagine if I had only 2 it wouldn’t get caught up so easily. I got it on a great sale, would have returned if I paid full price.

Really like the vacuum on area rugs and LVP floor. My GSD dog hair does clog it. But that has stopped now that i run it daily. At first i used lowest suction power setting. Now i use medium. I have not successfully used the mop feature. I set the no mop areas and it didnt work. Contacted them for help and no help yet. I did get this on sale and used rewards dollars.

It was easy to set up, easy to control on the app.

I absolutely love that it mops & sweeps at the same time. Im still learning about it, but wish it got right up against the edges

I love this vacuum. We have a large pit bull inside that sheds a lot. I have Bob set to run 2:30am & I get to wake up to a clean carpet every morning.

Amazing product. I had Roomba for years and took a chance with this product. Not disappointed, the self emptying feature and the mop feature are exceptional.

I have four dogs and this works so good especially on hard floors!! It was easy to assemble, and the app is user friendly. It’s not too loud, and it learns your floor plan quickly. Absolutely would buy again and would recommend it to others too!
