Didn’t get to try the mopping feature, and only had it for like 4 days. One of the primary parts of it broke, and I mean broke within a week of usage. Had to exchange it with a different brand.

But that has stopped now that i run it daily. At first i used lowest suction power setting. Now i use medium. I have not successfully used the mop feature. I set the no mop areas and it didnt work. Contacted them for help and no help yet. I did get this on sale and used rewards dollars.

I’d imagine if I had only 2 it wouldn’t get caught up so easily. I got it on a great sale, would have returned if I paid full price.

The bot does its thing and worked out better than expected. Also didn’t hurt that we were able to get this on sale.

It was easy to assemble, and the app is user friendly. It’s not too loud, and it learns your floor plan quickly. Absolutely would buy again and would recommend it to others too!
