Mapped really good, the LIDAR scanner makes it so quick and easy to map out, especially with detecting objects around it. Didn’t get to try the mopping feature, and only had it for like 4 days. One of the primary parts of it broke, and I mean broke within a week of usage. Had to exchange it with a different brand.

This machine does a great job cleaning the bulk of the floor area. The problem is, the dog hair winds up being left in piles along carpeting, mats, etc. The floor still has to be swept every time this unit is used.

Really disappointed with the product. They say it can ‘mop’, it’s outright a lie, we can’t keep the water anywhere so I don’t know what’s the point of saying it can mop. Even for small human hair it’s getting stuck at the bottom, I have to clean-it everytime. I fed up with it and stopped using, I’m using regular vaccum cleaner again. I would never buy this again. It’s not even cleaning 100%, it’s leaving 25% of the dust on the carpet. Also, it’s not reaching to corners. I don’t know that’s the point of this device if it can’t fulfill the basic requirement.

I thought this product would both clean and mop the floor, but it only vacuums normally. I wish I could return it, but we bought it early while waiting to move into our new house. It’s been about two months, and today when I finally opened the box, I was super disappointed.

Just make sure to clean the brush regularly if you have pets with long hair. Verdict: Overall, the bObsweep UltraVision offers solid performance for its price point. It’s not perfect, but for those looking for a reliable robot vacuum with strong suction, smart features, and a user-friendly design, it’s a great choice.

Struggling to find the charging station, leaves the spots, at the same time struggles to map the area

Got it in May. It died in August. Has 2 year warranty so maybe they will fix it

Yes, this device does not mop. It’s still yet to have made a trip around the downstairs of our house without getting stuck somewhere.

My B0bsweep is AMAZING! It is even incredible with my Dogs Hair and the top-notch POWERFUL suction is simply AMAZING. The self-emptying feature is AWESOME and the fact it washes my floors with only water is efficiently and effectively as well and the fact it actually WORKS was an added unexpected BONUS for me! Plus, it is fast and efficient as well, and the mapping actually works well and is easy and accurate as well for avoiding your area rugs. I highly recommend BObsweep to everyone. It is just the thing you need in your life to make life easier and more convenient for you on a daily basis or whenever YOU CHOOSE and its convenient for you!

This vacuum is not what it is cracked up to be. Not pet friendly, drags the pet hair around rather than sweeping it up. If it was just dirt it would probably be fine, but not for pet hair.

Donot buy this product it cannot even vacuum properly.

We've had our UltraVision for a couple of months now and it's been fantastic! Ours is not this specific pet version, but from what I understand, this is the same exact vacuum we have, but the suction is just stronger to deal specifically with Pet Hair. That would mean every other feature is the same as ours. Having the camera on this with "Object Detection" really makes a difference compared to other Robot Vacuums in its class. The mapping feature is awesome. Having the onboard camera really sped the mapping process up a lot. It created an accurate map of our entire house, and depicted our couch, bar, kitchen island, etc.. and even separated all of the rooms for you to label in the app. I am still trying to figure out how the bObsweep identifies different rooms? It's pretty amazing, really. We really LOVE this vacuum! My wife said “Best investment, ever!”. Not only does it save us time, but it cleans in places people would normally overlook, like under furniture, beds, etc.. I don’t think our floors were ever as clean as they are now!

So far, I’m loving the product. I haven’t tried the mopping capabilities yet, but I’m really excited to give them a go soon. I’ve been especially impressed by how well the vacuum maps the house, how easy it was to set up, and the ability to create specific rooms and no-mop zones — it’s been working great so far! I also think its really cool you can save 3 maps. I have one for down stairs, upstairs, and guest room we have that has a step down to it.

From the beginning, I have been impressed by it's power and cleaning ability. I have three cats and my vacuum always manages to keep the floors clean while adding extra entertainment to the pets! I love my Ultravision Robot! What a great product!

I currently own the original Ultravision bOBsweep vacuum and based on how well it is doing & the positive reviews online I am considering upgrading to the pet version. The bObsweep vacuums are very well made & work great.

To think there's a Bob sweep now that can suck even more than my ultra makes me jealous. My ultra is an amazing machine and to think there's a better one out there now almost makes me want to buy a new one. My ultra makes it so i never have to hold a vacuum again. The technology is world class. Tell it where to go and the rest is automatic. It finds it's way, does the job (which i follow on the map), goes back to it's base, and empties itself with no intervention! What more can you ask for? A fabulous family of machines!

We are 1st time robot vacuum purchasers. We have 2 dogs that shed a lot and a 1st floor with all hardwoods. The cheapskate in me thought we have 2 adults and 3 kids to keep up with the dirt and hair, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Our Bob has made life so much easier and cleaner, we wish we would have purchased sooner. It has only been 4 weeks but thus far we have been very pleased. The only change I made was programming Bob to vacuum half in the early morning and the other half in the late morning to minimize the clogging we seemed to get with all of the pet hair.

As a working mom with two dogs this has dramatically decreased my stress level. I was debating buying. Robot vaccum for awhile but now that I have one wish I would have bought sooner. It does a great job. If you are debating buying this, go for it! Will not regret

The robot itself is middling at best (which is the reason it's always on sale) and the application used to control the robot is miserable, please save yourself the headache and go for any brand other than bobsweep, mine's been sitting in the closet after thoroughly disappointing me and my family
