I have given some time to try it out, and I will return it. It vacuum is ok, misses a lot of sport, and goes over the same spot way too many times. The mop sucks, leaves water spots and it’s makes the floor looks patchy. The only positive thing is the charging time.

We upgraded to the UltraViolet from bObsweep PetVision. Violet (in the app, they ask you to name your robot, so UV like UltraViolet seemed appropriate lol) is SO quiet! When she is running, it sounds like our PetVision did when it was just returning to dock and not vacuuming. Violet runs for over 2 hours and covers our whole house. We have a 1500sq ft house, cut up in to three bedrooms, laundry room, two bathrooms and a big connected kitchen and dining/living room. You can look at the map it makes and literally see furniture and our kitchen island (attached). And it charges so fast! Our old PetVision would run for 90min, then take most of the day to recharge. Violet is ready to go again after a little more than an hour, so you can run it more than once if you're like us and have a crazy amount of pet hair (yes, we're insane with 3 cats and 3 dogs), and then send it back out to mop....yes, it even mops! I do wish the bin was a little bigger for all the fur we have, but I stop and clean it out once or twice to keep the suction good. At the end of the vacuum, Violet returns to the charging station and.....self empties! Our dogs are getting used to that noisy part, but small price to pay for great, quiet run times. The app is easy to use and lets you schedule times to vacuum, control start/stop, send to charge or send to empty the bin (as I said, I do it manually to cut down on the noise which startles our dogs). We LOVE this company, the customer support is top notch, and the vacuums are super durable. You can't go wrong with this one!

I’ve been using the bObsweep UltraVision for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how efficient and low-maintenance it is. Between work and family, I don’t always have time to clean every day, but this robot vacuum has been a game changer. The suction is incredibly powerful—8000 Pa is no joke. It picks up everything from dust to pet hair on both hardwood and carpeted floors. I also love the mop feature; it doesn’t replace a deep clean, but it’s perfect for daily maintenance. The self-emptying function is probably my favorite part—it really does hold enough to last months, which keeps things super convenient. Navigation has been smooth, too. It rarely bumps into furniture, and it hasn’t gotten stuck under my couch or tangled in cords. Setup was straightforward, and the app is intuitive for scheduling and customizing cleanings. So far, I haven’t had any issues. It’s quiet, smart, and handles a large area without needing frequent attention. If you’re looking for a vacuum-mop combo that actually delivers on convenience and performance, I’d definitely recommend this one.

I am very happy with the performance of this vacuum so far. It took only a few minutes to map the house and the map is very accurate. Obstacle avoidance has been fair to good. The battery life is very good compared to our last robot vac. It also seems to have good cleaning power as well. Have not used the mop feature as of yet. The app is also very user friendly. I would definitely recommend this vacuum.

This was my very first purchase of a robot vacuum and I've been very impressed. He does an excellent job of cleaning our floors. I am very pleased with how this robot vacuum performs. - You can create "no sweep" zones. Doesn't go near my stairs or the designated areas - It's semi-quiet - Love the mapping technology on the app. I had a little issue at first setting it up - You can set a cleaning schedule for the vacuum on when and where to clean. - I don't have any pets so I don't know how well it picks up pet hair, but I do have a daughter with long and it does great in picking up the hair as well as everything else. - I don't know how well it works on carpet, since I have vinyl floorings but I wouldn't use it on a carpet especially if it's a thick and plush. - I highly recommend you pick up any cables on the floor; he'll suck them up and get tangled. - Great at cleaning under the bed and dresser, picks up every dust particle from the floors without missing corners or edges. - Haven't used the mop option of the vacuum so I am not sure about how well it performs but once I do I will update this post. I highly recommend this vacuum...happy buying!!!

We’ve been really happy with this vacuum. It’s our first robot vacuum so I can’t compare to others but the app is great for mapping and super easy to adjust when you switch to the mop feature. The mop feature only uses water, not a cleaning solution but I appreciate that it gets a lot of debris off the floor. It will get under my couch and over rugs with ease and it’s quiet. The attachments and bags are really easy to change. I’m very happy with this purchase.

As a busy homeowner in Ann Arbor, I recently decided to give the bObsweep UltraVision robot vacuum a try, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a game-changer for keeping my floors clean with minimal effort. Cleaning Performance The UltraVision’s 8000 Pa suction power is no joke. It tackles the dust and debris on my hardwood floors and area rugs like a champ. I’ve been particularly impressed with how it handles pet hair – a constant battle with my shedding golden retriever. The vacuum’s performance on different surfaces is solid, though I did notice it struggles a bit with deep pile carpets. Mopping Feature: The wet/dry mopping function is a nice addition, but don’t expect miracles. It’s great for light cleaning and maintenance, but you’ll still need to break out the mop for tougher stains. Smart Features The AI-powered navigation is pretty impressive. It mapped out my home quickly and efficiently, and I love that I can set up no-go zones through the app. The ability to store multiple floor plans is perfect for my two-story house. App Control: The app is user-friendly and allows me to schedule cleanings, which is super convenient when I’m at work or out running errands. Convenience The self-emptying dock is a huge plus. I only need to deal with the dustbin every few months, which is a massive improvement over my old robot vacuum. However, keep in mind that you’ll need to factor in the cost of replacement bags. Noise Level I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the UltraVision is, even on its highest setting. I can easily have it running while I’m working from home or watching TV without it being a distraction. Value for Money While the price tag initially gave me pause, I managed to snag it during a sale, which made it feel like a better value. Given its performance and features, I think it’s competitively priced compared to other high-end robot vacuums. Final Thoughts Overall, I’m really happy with my bObsweep UltraVision. It’s not perfect – the mopping could be more robust, and it occasionally misses a corner – but it’s made keeping my floors clean so much easier. For anyone in Ann Arbor dealing with pet hair, busy schedules, or just looking to simplify their cleaning routine, I’d definitely recommend giving this robot vacuum a try.

I've only had this for a few days and I'm already thinking I'm not sure how I ever lived without Bob. Setup was a breeze, and it was so much fun to watch it get to work. The device is a quick study: it learns the lay of the land on its own. Just let it go. It gets under beds and into corners and smoothly moves from carpets to wood floors. I was nervous when it approached the stairs worrying it could tumble down, but it sensed the danger and didn't fall. The app is clear and supports the creation of several maps so the unit can be used on more than one floor or be used when the layout might periodically change on any floor. Rooms can be named and selected for cleaning. The app also has a scheduling feature allowing selected rooms to be vacuumed and optionally mopped as well. All in all, I say have faith in Bob.

The last time I bought one of these was back when iRobot was all the rage and the Roomba was “the” gadget to have. That experience was awful and pretty much ruined my opinion of robot vacuums for years. Fast forward to now: life is busier, technology has actually caught up, and with my brother’s dog shedding nonstop, I decided to give them another chance. Let me tell you—my first impressions? I’m wowed. Awed, even. Coming home to spotless floors, feeling the clean under my feet, has been a game changer. I’m allergic to basically everything, so having floors this clean has already helped my skin. The mop attachment? Love it. I can still deep mop when I want to, but then let my little “ankle biter” (yes, that’s what I named him) keep everything fresh in between. I think the biggest reason people don’t like these is the assumption that a robot can completely replace deep cleaning. That’s not realistic. Nothing is going to beat a good, honest day of scrubbing the house from top to bottom. What this does do, though, is make upkeep easy. Instead of feeling like you’re spending every single week cleaning, it lets you stretch things out to maybe once or twice a month for a deeper clean. That balance is where it really shines. Not having to constantly empty the vacuum bin is a lifesaver—I don’t even think about it until it’s actually full. And with the extra mop pads, it’s easy to just toss one in with my towel laundry and swap it out every week. These robots have come a long way since the early days, and I’ve got to say: I’m genuinely impressed.

So far, so good. Very pleased with the robot. Not our first one, but the bob is way much more sophisticated. It runs once a day and it does a great job. We have two hairy dogs and usually we would arrive at home after work to find hair everywhere. The bob has pretty much fixed that issue, which makes us very happy. Also, the mapping feature is great, very intuitive. And the non-zone option has been a game changer: we have wires hiding under the couch connecting speakers and the old robot used to get tangled up knocking down the speakers (not happy about that!). That’s why we could never use the old robot in all rooms or unsupervised. We do not have that problem anymore! We have not used the moping feature yet. Overall, we love the bob and do not regret having purchased it. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with my bObsweep UltraVision Self-Empty Robot Vacuum & Mop. From the moment I set it up, it’s been a huge time-saver and an impressive performer. The 8000 Pa suction power is no joke—it picks up dirt, hair, and debris effortlessly from both carpets and hard floors. The mopping feature is a bonus, leaving my floors looking spotless and streak-free. What really stands out is the object-aware technology. It navigates around furniture and avoids obstacles with surprising accuracy, which means I don’t have to “prep” the house every time it runs. The self-emptying bin with 180-day capacity is a massive convenience—no more daily emptying or dealing with dust clouds. It also looks sleek and modern in stainless steel, which is a nice touch for anyone who values aesthetics. Overall, this robot vacuum has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s smart, powerful, and practically hands-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their cleaning routine!

So far, we are loving this little robot vac. It works extremely well, especially picking up pet hair. I like the phone app., which makes using bObsweep easy and convenient. There are a lot of great options. I especially like that I can adjust the suction. My dog hates any vacuum I have ever used, barking and going after them, including my manual vac. This one does not bother her, making it easy to keep my house clean.

I couldn’t be happier with the bObsweep Ultra! With a busy household (and pets), I needed a vacuum that could truly keep up — and this one delivers. The self-emptying feature is a total game changer; I don’t have to think about emptying the dustbin for weeks, which saves so much time. It navigates our mix of hardwood and carpeted floors with ease and gets into all those tricky corners. Setup was quick, and the app makes scheduling super simple. I especially love that it maps the house intelligently, so no random bumping around like older models. Plus, it runs quieter than I expected — I can have it clean while I’m on a Zoom meeting without distraction. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to take vacuuming off their to-do list. The bObsweep Ultra has exceeded my expectations!

I’ve been using the bObsweep UltraVision robotic vacuum and mop for a couple of months now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my cleaning routine. The navigation is excellent—it rarely bumps into furniture and did an impressive job mapping my home. It consistently cleans the entire floor without getting lost or stuck. The vacuuming and mopping features work well together, leaving my floors noticeably cleaner. Overall, the bObsweep UltraVision is a great choice for anyone looking for a dependable robotic vacuum and mop combo. It’s smart, efficient, and definitely worth considering if you want to keep your floors clean without the hassle. Thank you for a great product!

I picked up the bObsweep UltraVision on sale and I do love the features it offers—powerful suction, self-emptying, and solid mapping technology. It handles daily cleaning well and the object-awareness helps avoid furniture better than other robots I’ve owned. That said, the price point is steep, and the ongoing need to purchase additional bags for the base adds to the cost. For a product marketed as premium, I think it could be more blue-collar friendly in pricing. If it were priced lower—even with the bags—it would easily be a 5-star product for me. As it stands, it’s a capable robot vacuum and mop, but the value just isn’t quite there at full price.

Overall, I’m really happy with this robot vacuum. It does a great job cleaning — it picks up dust, pet hair, and crumbs with no problem, and the navigation is impressive. It maps the house well and rarely gets stuck or lost. That said, the mobile app is a bit of a letdown. It’s not very intuitive, and sometimes it takes a while to connect or sync with the vacuum. Still, the vacuum itself is fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend it. If the app gets an update, it’d be close to perfect.

Overall this is a great machine. It has 3 levels of suction and they are all louder than I like, but I just set it to clean when I am not in the area. I have several furry pets and I like how it picks up all the hair. The longer brush gets the dirt from the wall and the camera/lens prevents the robot from bumping into things. It doesn't completely eliminate all the bumps but my last bot took it as a challenge to touch everything. I have not had a chance to check out the mop system yet

We have had the UltraVision for nearly a week and it is amazing. To begin, it was so simple to set up and operate. I thought I did something wrong but it started mapping and was ready for the first clean in no time. It is very quite and our dog doesn't even pay any attention to it. Our carpets and hard floors are clean and didn't have to lift a finger.
