Printer ink is a problem. I wanted away from the color printer we had to just all black. It was worked great, easy to set up and I don't feel like I will be buying ink as much.

This only prints black and white. However, the cartridges are not expensive-roughly $55- and can print up to 2,000 pages, should you purchase the correct toner. There are multiple choices for purchase; further, the ink does not dry out between uses, such as a three month summer break.

this printer is the best i have had yet. i can print wireless from any device in my house and the scanner functions work better than i expected.

This is a great all in one printer. I just set it up in my office, but since it's wireless all of my computers and my iPhone can print to it. Plus since its black and white, toner is super cheap.

I did extensive research and decided to purchase this Brother Laser printer. It was very easy to install. It connected very quickly to the internet and I love that I can print from upstairs or downstairs in my house. The print quality is ok for this level printer. I'm looking forward to see if this last a relatively long time. I purchased on sale so I am happy with this purchase so far. I would definitely recommend at this time.

All I needed was a printer to make copies or print out emails and this delivered. Has a bunch of other extras but I didn't need or care about nonetheless the price was too right to pass up

This is my first laser printer, and it kicks out pages fast. I would recommend this to anyone. Just remember, it only comes with a temp cartridge, so you have to get a new one quick.

We could not be more pleased with our Brother Printer. We found it on sale at Best Buy one night ....took a chance. It works great. IIt does numerous things. We highly recommend it.

i like laser printer and Brother is pretty good for this type of printer. with injet printer that i had so many in the past, the ink cartridge ran out the ink very quick, and will dry out if you do not use it for a while. just have not figured out how to use wifi to print.

This is an excellent printer. I love the fact that it's wifi enabled. It stays in a "sleep" mode and the time from when you hit Print to when the printout is available is super fast.

i was looking for a quality printer that could handle a lot of use and get good quality copies and print outs. Also the network feature is great I can print from anywhere in my home.

It's a pretty good printer...had some issues initially with wireless connectivity but Brother Support helped with the issue. Having a weird problem where the screen comes on randomly at least once an hour. Overall it's reliable and prints with great speed and quality.

If this thing had a Automatic document feeder, it would have been an ideal buy. Instead its a great buy still worthy of a 5 star review and @$80 I couldn't resist. I was intentionally looking for a Brother laser printer because they were rated the best brand for laser printers. Working in IT I can see why. Brother's build quality is improved and the previous #1 (HP) has really taken a dip in quality. HP just isn't what it used to be. Very happy with this printer and the cost to value is outstanding. Even at $100.

The Brother HL-L2380DW has been a flawless performer.Set up was straight forward.This was my second unit. My initial satisfaction lead me to purchase another unit for my daughter.

It's a bit big, but still small enough considering it replaces three machines (scanner, copier, printer) and the set-up was a breeze. I used a USB cable to do the initial set-up, but now it's wifi only. Did scans and duplex printing and it works beautifully. Fast and print quality is spectacular. I have not looked at all the software it comes with, but I did a simple test using the OCR and that too worked flawlessly

This is a very good printer for home use. If you don’t need an automatic document feeder, this will easily meet your needs for printing, copying, and scanning.

Somewhat easy to set up ... about 3-4 hours later it was completed. After that, quality is excellent.

We bought this to replace are aging HP printer. Great value, prints fast. Works well with our IMac, IPad, I Phones and Toshiba Laptop.

We use this printer for home printing, low volume. The wireless connections from cell phones and computers are very handy and work well. It also connects effectively via USB cable. Print quality is excellent, speed is good, duplexing works well. We haven't exceed the starter toner cartridge so I can't say how many copies we will get. No problems of any sort so far (6 weeks of use.) I highly recommend this.

The Brother - HL- L238DW is a good, reasonably priced multi function printer. I have had it for about 30 days and it lives up to my expectations. My only regret is that it did not come with an ADF.
