I just hate when the inks runs out so we switch to the toner printers. The printer is awesome . It never jams and no clogged ink, just clear simply printing

As a dental student with lots of reading, it is nice to be able to print out large amounts of paper in a quick amount of time. I had other printers before and waiting for 60 page assignments to print was a waste of time, this, you print, and it's quick as you can hope and gets you what you need-the paper! It's easy to use, easy to set up, fast and saves money in the long run with the cost/page really low!

Printer does a great job and was very easy to set up. Toner cartridge is less expensive than other laser printer models. Copies and scans very easily.

Print quality is excellent. We've been using it for about two months now with no problems. Copier functions are really good too.

If you need reliable office work mule get this printer. It will fit most of your basic printer needs. But if you are looking for something more than basic take better model. Overall I am very happy with this printer, it takes most of my home office load.

Replaced an older printer when I upgraded to a computer with Windows 10. The price point of this model was awesome and it does everything I need it to for my home office!

I am an older person and NOT tech savy in any way. I was able to set this printer up by simply following the prompts. Less than ten minutes. It works flawlessly; goes to sleep when not in use; and even after several days of not being used awakens immediately if I send a print job. This is a versatile Printer and copier. Basic for daily use. With a Laser printer you do not need to change out ink all the time. So it makes it more affordable.

I USED TO USE HEWLET PACKARD PRINTERS, BUT I HAVE USED BROTHER PRINTERS EXCLUSIVELY SINCE FIRST TRYING ONE 17 YEARS AGO. THE QUALITY IS VERY GOOD AND TONER AND DRUMS ARE MOST REASONABLE. THE LASTEST PRINTER I PURCHASED WAS MODEL HL-2380 DW. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY BROTHER PRINTER TO EVERYONE. I USE IT IN MY BUSINESS AND AM EXTREEMLY PLEASED.

I'm enjoying the quality of print, and the ease of use. Beware though- you will likely need to contact customer service if you've had another printer installed before this. You'll also need to download specific win10 drivers.

I purchased this printer for my home. With 2 teenagers and myself in college we are always printing documents out. It is very fast and quiet. You can also print from wifi and your phone. Only problem I don't like is that there isn't an area so the paper comes out. You have to pull it out from the area it comes out from. Overall great for the home of you have space. Not too bulky.

Shopped around for a mono laser/flatbed scanner. This brother product had very good reviews. My setup was simple. I did not use the wireless connection instead I used the wire ethernet option. Shows up on my network just fine, prints nicely and scanner works just fine. I did not want any faxing option and this printer does not have faxing. Price was very nice.

This is a great home/small office printer. It has everything you need copier, scanner, Wi-Fi printer as well as a hardline network printer. I like the added feature of printing directly from my iPhone. The cost of printing with the toner is a lot better than using the expensive small cartridges. I've used brother printers for the last 10 years. They're real work horses!
