I purchased this printer to replace an older HL- 2280DW. This new HL-L2380DW is a perfect upgrade for B/W printing. It's very easy to use and the control panel is a big improvement from the past ones. The toner cartridges last a long time even with heavy printing. The scanner/copier is also a great feature all at a very reasonable price!

Bought this for a small office - very fast first print. Only interesting thing is where the paper comes out - you kinda have to reach inside the middle of the printer. It also cannot hold very many printed pages because of this.

Bought this printnet er as a gift, got it for an excellent price, and also the toner was at a good price, my son finds it very useful for school.

I was looking for a all in one printer that was reasonably priced and easy to network this unit does the job great and i would recommend it to anyone.

Great compact scanner/printer. Only issue that i have which maybe user error is that when I try to file scan I have to have the computer on in order to scan. Likely user error

Installing and setup was easy as I use Ethernet in peer to peer mode. Happy with speed as I am only printing in monochrome. Best of all ...no more clogged print head even when not printing for weeks . Replacement toner is cheap if using 3rd party sources. Since I print so little my starter toner cartridge would probably last me a long time.

Easy to set up for wireless printing and copying. It took no time at all to set up and easy to configure. Print quality is good and printer is fast.

We have had wireless printers before but none were as simple to set up as this printer. I can print from laptop, phone, or IPad.

Had the printer setup and working on my network in less than 15 minutes. My Windows 10 computers found the printer and installed it automatically. My IOS devices needed the Brother App installed but once the app was installed, I could print from both my IPad and IPhone without issue. Printer and scanner both simple to use. Great printer.

Install on home network was flawless. Have not tried all the features yet but, like my earlier Brother laser, and not like any other inkjet I've ever owned, it prints every time I ask it to, even if it's only 2 sheets every 10 days. Duplex functions just like it's supposed to. And it's completely quiet in standby, and not loud when it's printing.

Pleased so far with the Brother printer as the print is excellent and quick. The only concern is the high voltage electrical drain when the machine turns on and when it begins to print or copy and the surge protector beeps.

I found the laser printer does what I wanted it to do. It photocopies and prints very fast and seems to use far less ink than my old inkjet printer, which was constantly drying up and not giving many pages of print per ink cartridge. I would have given it five stars, but I have one reservation. This has to do with its compatibility with Linux. The manual does say that it is compatible. I am on the Ubuntu, Debian, and Linux Mint platform. You have to download a special driver and need to be walked through the process by one of the Brother employees. You have to go into terminal to activate the commands. This is not an easy process even for those, like me, who are very computer literate. I had to do the process twice, too, since I upgraded to the next OS that Linux Mint put out. I may have to do it again when I upgrade the OS. I am still happy that I can use Linux at all with the printer. The driver, too, still needs a USB cable to use the printer, so its wifi function does not help you to print on Linux. You also cannot print from a Google file via wifi, but you can upload to Google Drive via the printer, once you type in the wifi connection into the printer. The Brother company, too, says that they no longer support this printer. It will probably work for a long time, but they are not going to upgrade the driver anymore. So there is a chance that some functions will go obsolete. I think the USB connection to the printer will still work and I think that uploading the files to Google Drive will still work (you cannot get the files to your computer any other way, or at least I have not found a way, having tried almost everything). All in all, it still does everything I want, and so I still give it 4 stars.

I bought this printer for $99. Before buying it I checked out the cost of replacement ink and replacement drum and both were cheap compared to other printers of the same type. The printer was easy to setup and from reviews seems to be a reliable printer. If it had a fax in it it would perfect, but for $99 it was a steal for a great printer.

Top marks across the board for this Brother AIO printer. Friendly to grey market budget friendly toners. Get it on sale and have a happy life.

I own one of these, and brought this one for my office, set-up is easy and without the auto feed, there is less things to quit working.

I love it! I can print multiple slides front and back! Great quality and doesn't take up too much space. Perfect for school or office.

A similar model was recommended but I've found this one to be a great buy. The quality and speed is excellent. My only down side is the Wi-Fi time to print from various locations. Other than that I am loving it.

I'm loving this printer. It's pretty fast and replacement cartridges are cheap online. Only draw back is that my iPads are not recognizing it on AirPrint, even with the new ios9. Just for that I don't give 5 stars.
