this printer came into several to "buy" tips from several friends and they stated if you need a printer that will just about do everything and in perfect mode this is it several have the same model and all just rate this printer in the top of performers for your entry level laser printing needs and they are right!!!! awesome performer for the banging "buck" cant complain go....Brother laser printers !!!!!

I run a small business I have to do a moderate amount of printing on a daily basis. I finally got fed up with HP and their ridiculous and pricing as well as low print quality. Now all of my packing sheets and shipping forms look much more professional with much higher resolution. Printing is fast, and Wi-Fi is easy to set up. Unless you print in color often, I advise you to buy this printer anytime it is on sale.

The printer works fine without jams, misprints, or broken wifi. No issues.

very very frustrated HP Printer owner over ink issues, THIS printer SOLVED that issue, very easy 2 setup and i get large ink refills 4 cheap, NEVER NEVER AGAIN will i buy HP PRINTERS, BROTHER PRINTERS R AWESOME, CHEAP AND EASY TO OPERATE, SIMPLE LOVE IT !!!

I have had a couple of canon printers, both multi color ink jet ones. Both times they gave out in less than one year. Calling customer care is a hassle (with most things these days), you hold for long times and then you get someone who doesn't fully speak or understand English. I was done with Canon this time. It's strange that the world of technology has come so forward and yet such printers exist. Anyway, this time I wanted a reliable product. Not only a good customer service, I shouldn't have to call customer service at all, even if it comes at a price. We do but barely print pictures so was willing to sacrifice multi color if need be. There came the recommendation of this brother printer which according the salesperson fit my check list. I have it set up now, it has been almost a month with no issues. Also is not ink hungry like inkjets. So far very satisfied.

I've had the printer about three weeks now. It has performed flawlessly during this time. This is the third Brother printer I have owned and all three have been very dependable and I did not expect anything less from this one and it has not let me down. If your looking for dependability I would highly recommend this product.

We sacrificed color, but we were so tired of colored printers begging for ink nonstop. It connected easily. I am not computer savvy. Has performed printing & copying flawlessly for a month now. Still using the ink cartridge provided with purchase.

This is a great entry level all-in-one printer for home or small-office use. It has all the essential functions required of an all-in-one printer minus the bells and whistles, therefore less the additional cost. Most definitely worth every cent that I spent.

Bought this laser pinter to save on ink. Connected with my ios devices with not problems.

This review is after about a month of general use. Setup was trouble free, though I should note that connect to the printer via USB so I cant comment on WiFi setup/connectivity. Laser printer has already proven to be much cheaper to operate and upkeep than inkjet printers I've used in the past. No issues with scanning, and the resolution is more than sufficient for archiving important documents, etc. The only issue I've had is that the printer can draw a significant amount of current when warming up from idle, so it occasionally trips my UPS; this appears to be an issue common to laser printers in general, so I eventually plan to move the printer near a dedicated outlet and network the printer.

I like it so far so good.i can print document from my phone using WiFi it's a small printer fits anywhere and the results are awsome.

I have been using multipurpose printers for years. My main use is printing labels and emails in black and white and seemed like I was constantly running out of ink (both black and color). Those cartridges are expensive. After doing some research, decided to give this printer a try and I love how easy to use it is and especially love how long the toner lasts versus ink cartridges. I bought a full toner when I purchased the printer as there is just a partial one in the new unit. With literally 100's of labels printed so far, I am still using the trial toner. My wallet and I are extremely satisfied with this printer so if you don't need to print anything in color, this is a great unit.
