    Packing material was very good. Setup was easy and instructions were straight forward. Up and running on Windows 10 within 25 minutes. If you are looking for black and white printer at low cost, this is an excellent choice.

    Easy set up. I was looking for a " Black ink only" printer. So far it is great. I mostly just print black and white documents, so this was the perfect thing to choose. I have not tried any of it's other functions yet.

    I needed a new printer. My prior ink-jet printer was OK but it was slow and would smear badly on too many occasions. This laser printer was easy to set up, is fast, and produces crisp, clean text and images.

    This Brother wireless laser printer was super easy to set up and use. I really like the toner cartridge. Not like those little cartridges that dry up when not used. Paper prints fast and accurate. Great buy

    I purchased this printer on line. I was replacing a similar model that worked very well. (I lost the printer due to a power surge.) The new printer was easy to install, however it would loose the connection with my router after each print job. I contacted Brother and found that the printer needed new firmware. I took the printer to the nearest Best Buy and the firmware was installed at the Geek Squad desk while I waited. The printer then worked flawlessly. Thanks Brother and the Geek Squad?

    I was looking for a laser printer to cut down on ink expenses....and I got what I wanted. I was also interested in scanning to cut down on paperwork laying around. Unfortunately, the CD provided did not install properly and I cannot scan....but not a failure that would make me return the item. I am using a hard connection, not the wifi.
