Super easy to use. Makes very good copies. Very fast. And 2-sided option works like a charm. I highly recommend this printer.

We have two Brother printers. They are reliable and easy to use. If you want a black ink printer, this is a good one for the price.

This is just what we needed. Really like the wireless options

This is the second Brother black & white printer I've owned. The first one was great and I was very pleased with it but it did not have the copy function only the print function. I decided to replace it with one that would make copies. It's easy to set up, prints great and it's fast. I like the black and white vs the colored printer. The ink cartridges for the colored ink would dry out and it was very expensive to replace them. This is much easier on the pocketbook and I don't miss not having the color.

Sets up in minutes and wifi easy to configure in home office.

Prints great. Nice being able to print directly from my phone. Wifi is nice, all you need is power where you want to put the printer.

This is a great product. Very easy to setup has all the features that is needed except for color. Works great and competitively priced.

I did earlier review about the 2360 model which always seemed to have connection problems and the dreaded deep sleep mode. Returned it to Bestbuy and bought this model, Brother 2380 and have had no connection problems to my Windows 7 computer, iPad, Android phone, or Vista laptop. Excellent quality printing, and copying. Can't recommend this enough. Also, Bestbuy was hassle-free when it came to returning the 2360 model.

Setup was a breeze.... it almost did it by itself! Easily connected to phone, laptop and iPad. Printing is fast and quite clear.

I purchased a Brother HL-L2380DW wireless black ink printer when our old HP Laser Jet crapped out. I had never owned a Brother product and carefully read reviews; decided for the price it was worth a shot. Set up was easy and it is now connected to 2 laptops on our home network. It is quick and pretty quiet. I especially like the option to scan/send directly to either laptop I choose, or to make a cc and send directly to printer. The resolution is very good. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase.

I made this purchase in store without researching first. My main criteria was laser printing and scanning capability. I was happy to learn that this device can print double-sided. What I was unhappy to learn is that it doesn't have an automatic feeder for scanning in multiple sheets. I haven't looked into it yet, but I'm hoping there is an optional piece of equipment I can add for multi-page scanning. I also need to find and review the documentation about initiating a scan from the printer itself. There is a digital display control pad that offers a scan option. It isn't intuitive to me how to make that work. The printer holds a lot of sheets of paper, but not a full ream. The print quality is very good.

I have same printer in Florida couldn't wait for HP to die so I could get this. Toner cheap wifi printing from Pad or laptop.

Good price for black and white laser printer easy to use.

I decided to go with a laser printer because I was tired of the expense of ink jet cartridges. My last printer seemed to die after the first set of cartridges "ran out" (dried out is more like it), and replacing them didn't get me printing again (apparently I had to nurse the print heads back to health). This printer was easy to get set up for wifi printing and I loved the speed and quality. That said, I am already getting low toner warnings when I have printed around 100 pages (I thought I was supposed to get 700 but the intro one apparently only provides 300 so we shall see...).

Prints good , small , in college so this was a great buy

My old brothre laser died. I just got this one and setup was a breeze.had Joe old one for years never a problem. The only reason did not give 5 stars just got it. So far up and running and working perfect.

Printer was easy to set up and works well. It makes copies and prints fine. It was easy to use wirelessly on the first try.

I am very pleased with this printer. It was easy to hook up and it prints very clear. I can even print from my phone!
