I love my printer. Copies great, has a program for scanning multiple documents. Couldn't be happier

This has been a great machine for what we needed. My husband is in grad school and he used the machine almost daily to print. I used it frequently as well. The only "problem" we had with it was that at one point we had it too far from the wifi router and it would print multiple page documents VERY slowly. Once we figured out that it just needed to be closer to the router the problem was solved. I love that it's a laser printer so we're not constantly buying ink cartridges...we've only purchased one in the year that we've had it. Oh, it's also been great for scanning, which I do fairly often as well.

Very efficient. Works great on wireless network. Very clean copies. Scans and copies effortlessly

Does what is expected and I go months without using my printer but because it's a laser printer the ink doesn't dry up, so it's great for me

I was finally fed up buying colored ink cartridges all the time just to print with black ink. I usually only print once or twice a month max causing the cartridges to dry out. So I ditched my inkjet printer for a laser printer. It works like a printer should. Finally, it was pretty easy to set up to the wi-fi and use with my phone and tablet.

It is easy to install, the printer works wonderfully with the apple product. So far the result is good. One thing that I miss is the printer cannot print on cardboard.

Laser Jet Printer such a nice replacement for my old ink jet printer. I was sick and tired of buying ink cartridges. I have not had one issue with my new Brother Printer.

Bought this for everyday printing of documents in the house. It works very well aside from the scanning to a destination drive to a laptop drive. For some reason, I can't set this correctly. It only works when you click scan from the laptop instead of from the scanner itself.

Overall start up was time consuming but not difficult. Software that came with printer was for outdated OS so I simply downloaded current version from Brother website. Setup with WiFi was easier than expected. Print, copy and scan functions all work easily. Am very happy with purchase. More budget friendly in the long run over inkjet. Also don't have to worry about ink drying out since I don't make a large volume of copies.

Having used color inkjet printers and found the ink to be super expensive and it goes bad too, I needed to change. Read about this machine and it comes with a toner cartridge (toner doesn't get old or go bad) and a replacement in is less than all those ink cartridges AND pronts a ton more pages. It was a no brained... and this is super fast!!!

Overall I like the printer but my only complaint would be I still haven't figured out how to print with WiFi and that's the only reason I decided to by a new printer because my old one doesn't have WiFi printing.

Prints super quick, toner lasts forever, wireless is convenient. Only reason i am subtracting a star is because the app is a bit finicky for my android phone.

Finally a printer that just works when I go to print something! No hassles, ink issues, paper jams, etc.

Replacing old dried up ink cartridges was getting old. One color would stop working so I would have to run the cleaning cycle which drained the other ink cartridges. I don't really need a color printer so I looked at the alternative, a laser printer. I love not having to worry about the ink drying out. The print quality is very good. I'll never go back to ink. I definitely would recommend this printer.

Had to replace a 14 year old canon imageclass scanner/laser printer. Researched new mono laser/scanner printers. Did not need a combo fax/laser/scanner printer. Already had a fax. Owned this brother machine for over six weeks now and no problems. I don't use it as a wireless printer because I have a close by hard wire switch. Prints clean and works with all computers on my home network. Scans just fine.

Does what we need copy, scan and print simple enough for us to use my 8 years uses it as well..

Performs three functions. Extremely easy set up and perfect if all you need is black and white

I was tired of replacing ink jet that dried out because I don't print a lot. This laser printer was a good price and I don't have to worry about the toner drying out. Looks good too.

Bought it for my wife whom is a teacher. Needless to say, she makes a lot of copies for her work and inkjet was getting expensive. The brother ink is so much more cost effective:)
