I own a canon laser copier/scanner, and it's served me well for a couple of years, so I knew what type of printer I wanted. This Brother unit was even simpler, with better features (wireless, touch-screen display), and cost less. Printer cartridges are longer-lasting and cost less also. Set up took less than a half-hour, and print quality is excellent

I purchased this printer as a companion to a new computer. I ran into a little hitch connecting it to use wireless compacity. After that, there have been no problems. Easy to use. Quiet.

I purchased this printer for an eBay side business. Mostly used for mail labels and small personal documents. Let me tell you, This printer is awesome! Wireless, fast, and you can print from your iPhone! Would defiantly recommend this to a friend!

I was tired of constantly replacing ink in inkjet printers. I really didn't need to print in color as I was making photo copies, scanning and needed to print documents or articles. Bottom line, this is an awesome printer as it is quieter, faster and totally more ink efficient. Highly recommend.

This is our first laser printer and so far it has been excellent. Easy to set up on wifi and the print quality is great. Bought it to replace an hp officejet which continually had print head problems.

We have had this 3-in-1 for about a month. We have used the scanner, copier and print options quite a bit and are happy with the quality of each. The software that comes with the scanner is very user-friendly and makes uploading photos/files very simple and easy to work with.

This multi process black and white laser printer is reliable and easy to use! I got tired of dealing with worthless inkjet printers and I'm so glad I purchased this laser printer. I don't print color all that often so this printer is excellent for my home office needs.

I received this printer as a home personal office item. It is somewhat large, but it has a lot of functionality. I have used the scanner and printer. It all has worked great! It was very simple to set up and I can use any device with it (although I have only used my laptop).

I absolutely love this printer/scanner. It is less expensive to operate and it prints flawlessly, quickly and quietly. More money upfront than traditional printer, but will save you in long run. I have not figured out how to scan more than one page on a PDF, but as soon as I learn that, it will be perfect.

black and white is fine who needs to pay 3x much for color printer...great printer/ scanner prints quickly and scan is very clean. easy set up too. it is wireless does not come with cord for hard connection. equal quality as if it came off a $1500 printer. my only objection is that it disconnects from wifi often.

The printer has a lot of nice qualities but I don't know what they were thinking for people that have to print envelopes. You feed the envelope in the front which is simple but then not only do you have to open the back cover (also easy) but then you have to reach in and push down two levers in the rear for the envelopes to come out right. Since the back of my printer is near the wall you have to reach around and it's not easy to locate these levers which means now I have to pull the whole printer out to find them. Not a great design feature. Otherwise the printer is great. Hooked up wirelessly without any problems. Print quality is good. Nice LCD panel.

I purchased this printer as a much-needed replacement for school. It can copy, scan, and print documents from any Bluetooth/wireless connected device (Phone, Laptop, Tablet, etc). I have no need for color printing, so the black-and-white only feature fit my needs. I would highly recommend this printer.

Simple to set up. Scans, copies, prints just as advertised. I own several Brother products and they all have served me faithfully for years. I believe this is no exception. It has everything you can want including duplexing (printing on both sides), manual feed for thicker stock and envelopes. Nice all around B&W printer.

I am in love with my new printer. I went in to the store to pick up a serviceable Brother Inkjet Printer to replace an inexpensive Epson I bought last spring that had stopped working. I saw this printer on sale and for just a little more money I could upgrade to a laser printer. The ink cartridges are expensive initially but in the long run I think it will be more economical. I don't print a lot at home and was told the ink won't dry out like it does in an inkjet printer. It was pretty easy to set up. It is large but fit easily on the same table. Now that it is up and running and am wowed by how fast it prints and the quality of the pages. It's amazing! I am so pleased with my purchase and hope this lasts a good long time.

I've only owned this a couple of weeks now, but so far it seems like a great machine. Set up was very easy, and wireless connectivity has been flawless. I've not bothered with an ethernet cord, and doubt I'll ever have to!

This printer was very easy to set up and when we first tried it, it Printed out the paper was like 30 second each paper.i liked how it dosnt wast paper by printing it two sides. The last thing that I liked about it is that the inl is very cheap.

Purchased this black ink only printer to copy and print things without using up so much colored ink, such as Internet coupons. This machine can print up to 2600 sheets with one cartridge. It's quick and the prints are sharp.
